I definitely recommend this pharmacy because it is dependable and can assist you with your medication needs. Their prescription services are excellent, and the personnel is kind and helpful. The pharmacists provide me with relevant, tailored advice and recommendations. They are also highly knowledgeable about the most recent meds and gave me the most recent information on my prescription.

I have been using this pharmacy for the past year and have waited to leave a review. I wanted to make sure the service I got here was real and not a one time experience. So it's been a year and multiple times back and I can safely say this is the best pharmacy in the Valley. And without a doubt way way better than CVS across the street. Today, I realized I forgot to get my son's epipens for a trip that we are leaving in days. The doctor called in the prescription, and right away we were able to pick it up. I called and someone answered right away and spoke to me. Try getting someone at CVS to answer the phone. The gentleman has a British accent and was wearing a USC shirt that helped us and was not only professional, but treated us like we were his only customer. He went out of his way to figure out how to work with our insurance the best to get coverage. You know how tricky insurance is and how hard it is to get answers. He walked us through the process and made us customers for life.

Phil and his staff give fast and friendly service. They were chess as per than the chain drugstore I was at and helped me transfer my prescriptions. You should check them out. You will not be disappointed!

This pharmacy was wonderful. And the gentleman who helped me via phone and then welcomed me in to the pharmacy was a huge help when I was calling very pharmacy in the valley. When you're kid is sick and you can't find the prescription they need, this being an inhaler, you go on a hunt. A little sad they did not take my insurance, but I completely understand, and at that point you do what you gotta do. If you took my insurance I would be a customer for sure. Very prompt, polite and so helpful. I really, really appreciate it!

Friendly, personal, and caring service. This is one of the last places where customer service, professionalism, and quality exist. They actually care about their clients, go out of their way to take care of you, and show they value your business. They know who we are when we call. Prescriptions are delivered to us. They have hustled when we needed a prescription before travel despite it being closing time.

I've completely ignored this pharmacy for many years because CVS across the street is more colorful, and a nicer location. It wasn't until yesterday when CVS once again acted with incompetence that I decided to try Porter Ranch Pharmacy. I am so glad I did. The experience was outstanding. After 10 years of CVS, I just thought pharmacies were busy, hectic, and waiting all day was normal. Well it's not actually. I was treated well and everything went smoothly and quickly here. Needless to say, this is my new pharmacy.

Excellent service by Phil, the owner and his assistant Jessica. They address questions and concerns with straightforward answers. So easy to do business with them. Prescriptions and refills are filled promptly. Keep in mind they have shortened hours on Saturday and closed on Sundays. However, there is almost no wait when you walk in to the pharmacy. I have transferred all our prescriptions to them.
