Ash came out this morning to wash my sedan and he was very kind, professional, and most of all did a great wash on my car. The Ulitimate package was well worth the cost and in looking forward to having MVP Auto Detailing back out in the near future.

If things start off bad they never get better call them regarding a wash I tried calling him back and they accuse me of Price shopping before I told him that I have eight cars to do so basically don't ask him any questions that's how arrogant people

Ash was the best! I inquired for their services and was contacted within minutes. They came to my place of business and did an amazing job. Couldn't be happier with the quality of the wash and the professionalism of the worker. It was $65 for the option I chose and worth every penny. I will definitely be using them on a regular basis!

Vlad and Joshua just completed a car cleaning service for me, and I am absolutely amazed by their professionalism and the outstanding quality of their work. I opted for the Claybar & Wash service, as my car had been somewhat neglected recently. This experience far exceeded what I'd get from a drive-through car wash or a busy car wash facility. Thanks to Vlad and Joshua, my 2011 Volkswagen looks as pristine as the day I first got it. I wholeheartedly intend to use their services again and will be spreading the word throughout my neighborhood.Additionally, I discovered that they offer detailing services, and that's next on my list. Having a mobile car wash and auto detailing company come to you is a game-changer. ** Make sure you read the last paragraph of my review. There's a real zinger in there that shows that this business will stop at nothing to scam you.**I will never arrange for a car wash with MVP Auto Detailing again. Regardless of the negative Yelp reviews, I gave him a chance because of the positive reviews. I'm astounded he has any repeat business. Here's my story. First time: I hired him to do an overall wash after a trip to Colorado. The work he did on my SUV was good, however, there is work he does not do and he has no apologies for not doing it. His reason is that he ran out of time. He never even touched the back cargo area of my SUV which had dirt and pet hair. Even the side windows to the cargo area were still dirty. Regardless, because the work he had gotten to was well done and I tend to give people the benefit of the doubt, I offered him a tip of $20. He declined it and said, Do me a favor and give me another chance. Call me back. Have me do an interior detail for $150 and I'll throw in an exterior wash for free. I went ahead and cleaned the cargo area myself and did the windows so that the whole car was clean and figured I'd see how I felt the next time an opportunity came up.2nd time: I scheduled and prepaid for an interior detail for $150, as he had recommended I do. He arrived and told me that there was no way he could do it in the time allotment and that it would need to be the high level detail package rather than the $150 he had quoted during his first visit. Now, the car wasn't any dirtier than it had been during the first visit. In fact, it was probably cleaner since I had done a quick job myself over the weekend. He did offer me a refund, which I still expect to see come through. So now, I've wasted time, prepaid on a credit card with a transaction I have to stay on top of, and still have a dirty car! Not sure how this guy pays his bills.Update: So, he has texted me saying "All sales are final" and thus, with no service delivered, he intends to keep my money. But here's the real killer! He's gone back to my August 15th transaction with him and now charged a different credit card in addition to keeping my money. So, he will have frauded me out of $164.25x2 = $329 with no services delivered.

Absolutely amazing service. Ash was both attentive and approachable. Honestly he was the only business that answered his phone and that speaks volumes. The interior and exterior job was flawless. You can really tell that he pays attention to detail. No pun intended. I will definitely be referring business to him and bringing by all my future business. Thanks ash you're the best!!

A very unprofessional experience. Did not properly communicate the cost of an interior detail to me. Did not include the trunk or do a clear wipe down of the dash that still had water marks on it, then charged me $164 after communicating with my partner that it would be in the $80 range. When I asked him to complete the job considering the high price, he said that I should have removed the things from my trunk, which he didn't mention over the time he was cleaning it, and I was inside the home. He then told my partner that was never included, although in the text you can see he just says I didn't take the things out. He then threatened to show up at my home again for the money and would not rectify the poor job. Certainly will not use his services again.

Arrived earlier than expected and on time, shampooed, washed, and did a basic detail on the car. For the package we picked they did an amazing job and worked well around the parameters of the vehicles paint protection film. Will call again!
