I came to this bank a couple of days because I had a few questions and needed financial help. I have been a client in Logix for a few months now but second time personally going to the Porter Ranch office. Adam assisted me with everything I needed and all my questions were answered. I usually don't write out reviews but I feel that Adam needs this review. Very knowledgeable ,helpful, very professional. He had so much patience in assisting me with all the question I had and the whole time he was friendly. The only person there who seems that care about the clients. Sadly I won't be going to this location so often since I recently moved cities.

Unfortunately they don’t care much about the hearing impaired and require them to go through so much more than the average person to get what they need done. I am the daughter of a deaf person who provided everything necessary including social security number to help out my mother and they denied any sort of service to me so I could help her out. Some might think that’s being protective but until you have a disability you’ll see how inconsiderate and inconvenient that is for someone to have to connect to a relay and be on hold constantly to connect to the bank when you have someone capable of doing it right then and there. DO BETTER

I went into this branch to discuss a car loan, and Cynthia Arce is a pleasure to work with! She made everything very easy and explained all the elements of my loan. She has a great attitude and goes through the process step by step. She answered all my questions and was able to get me the best rate and payment option. I will definitely continue to do my banking with Logix and Cynthia.

Always friendly. Always helpful. Good rate's. Pays me . More than you can ask for from a smart Banking Institution. I have been with them since 1980. Left B of A, Wells Fargo. Chase and Camino Real. No one can beat Logix work ethic's or hospitality. I recommend everyone I talk with to come over and those that do thank me for telling them. Those that don't, we'll I just listen to there complaints about there bank. Switch over and stop complaining and just feel relaxed about your banking.

We Love Logix for all our banking needs. We had originally opened up our account for a better APR rate for our car loan back in 2012. Ever since then we have refinance our Mortgage loan and other vehicles loan. I just recently opened up my kids checking account as well.

I have worked for financial institutions my whole life. I know the ins, out and expectations of delivering good service. My experience at Logix was by far one of the best and most genuine. Their system is very user friendly. I was able to book and modify my appointment online. I received a confirmation call the day before with the name of the person who would be helping me. Upon arriving to the branch, I was greeted warmly by David, with a warm handoff to my FSO, Jaime. Jaime was very thorough, gave concise explanations all while adding a personal touch and joking about becoming friends. He even walked me to the door when we were done! If you are looking for a hassle free, consistent and non- confusing experience to meet your financial needs, this is definitely the way to go. I would probably see if there is a way to accommodate a little more privacy because you are out in the open for all to hear your business, but nonetheless, this did not take away from a positive experience. I will definitely be considering Logix for my needs in the future. Keep it up, Logix in Porter Ranch!

Excellent Interest Rates on some products, but recently poor in some customer service and communications. I must admit, i had excellent relationships with Logix lenders in the past and had great rates too. So I really wanted to work with this credit union for those reasons mentioned above in addition to being an existing customer for checking and auto loan. But recently, I had experienced some less than mediocre support with the inhouse banker at the Porter Ranch office and another not trained Online Customer service representative. It was rather upsetting to find that the simplest questions for opening a business checking account I felt that whole process was unorganized, uninformed of the products, unmotivated and contradictory answers. I would think by know Logix would have a better system opening accounts, but it seemed very back and forth and not streamlined. I hope this was a one-off situation and unfortunate that a lot of business in general have poor customer service recently, perhaps covid related. I hope in the future, associates and employees are incentivized to be better trained in product knowledge and customer service.
