I can understand why this office has low stars! The agent from this office Sulmary was the buyers agent that purchased my home. The worse experience ever, im taking the time to write this review from both sides and all i can say is she was unprofessional, condescending and disappointing as an agent. I have never dealt with anyone so incapable, incompetent and inept. I can assure you this agents performance does not reflect well on your office.

If I could give them zero stars for the inability to read my no soliciting signs, I would. I regularly catch these realtors, leaving stuff on my front porch even though I have two signs that say no soliciting. I have repeatedly asked them to stop leaving shit on my front porch, but they continue to drop off their flyers like I don't have a sign saying no soliciting. I'm tremendously worried that these people don't know how to read. Therefore, I wouldn't hire them to send out your home contracts or read them. If you want a good realtor, I would be more than happy to recommend somebody at Berkshire Hathaway. And dear realtors if you are reading this, please read the signs that say no soliciting and take your trash to where it belongs the trash can! Also, please go back to school so you can learn how to read. No soliciting means don't drop off your shit here we don't want it. It also means what you're doing is illegal so if you want a realtor who can't read and ignores the rules like no soliciting. Please hire these dumb dumbs. If you want a realtor who actually understands the peoples personal space, and how valuable it is go somewhere else anywhere else.

Do not use this agency!!! The manager is subpar and does not protect the clients.Bob Siegmeth will only stand behind his agent Randy DiSimone poor, abusive and immature behavior! We just sold our family home with them and the lack of professionalism and knowledge was horrific!!! Randy filled out legal documents with incorrect seller names, then had us start to fill out legal documents that did not pertain to our family trust sale. The manager makes excuses and never apologizes!Keller Williams left our family open to litigation on a number of basic real estates 101 issues and contracts. Then we had 3 days left to empty our home and we received 5 calls to tell us to get our stuff out the buyers want the keys! I actually have pneumonia and they didn’t care, they just said why can’t you get your family things out!!!Seriously bad and neglectful manager and agent!!! Beware!!!

Serdar Dagkesen does not know how to fill out paper work. He does not follow up appropriately and causes unnecessary headaches. I have tried to contact someone at Keller Williams, but no one answers the phone or returns calls regarding complaints. I have gotten a lawyer involved. Use another realtor and be leery of Keller Williams.

I just want to take the time to talk about my experience with this office. I initially contacted the through a reference in hopes of finding a rental home. As it turned out I met James Clay. He was extremely helpful in explaining that I could actually qualify for a home purchase. We searched all over Los Angeles County until I found the home of my dreams. Both he and his wife were professional in all of our dealings and within 45 days I was in my new home. Awesome Work Team!! I am loving my new place. If you are looking for a new home I recommend James.
