Been banking with Chase for 10 years and this is the worst branch i've experienced. I have multiple business and personal accounts with Chase so I need to buy coins and bills often. Doesn't matter what day and time I go to this branch the standard answer every single time is 'We are too low on coins/bills today. Can you try another Chase location'.

Honestly if I could put negative stars I would. This is why I stopped banking with Chase. We were supposed to meet with a guy named Ricardo and he just shooed us away. He had no care in the world and was worthless. A complete and lazy worker. On top of it he was talking trash back at me. Unbelievable!

I stopped by this Chase bank branch to open a First Banking account for my nephew. I chose this location because I made an appointment online and this location had today available. My appointment was with Maria and I arrived early to the bank to just double check what documents I would need for my nephew. Finding parking was easy because the plaza this bank is in wasn't busy and there was almost no one there. Maria was very helpful with the questions I asked and she also told me about her experience when opening a First Banking for her God child. Basically they can't open an account anymore at the branch office, they made this option fully available online but you can go to the bank office if you have any questions or call. Maria was very helpful and I would recommend talking to her if you have any questions about Chase.

Honestly how hard is it to open an account in person. Had an appointment, was 10 minutes late & was told they took a walk in. (When I tried to call the bank, you spend 5-10 minutes on the phone waiting for someone at that branch to answer, if no you get V/M. Plus when you call it ask you so many questions. What happened to having a live human answering the phone) This was my second time trying to open an account at this branch. They have some people that are very nice. though the one manager is very rude & basically told me that no one can help me for the day & walked away (that was the first time I was there). I have had two interactions with this manager & he isn't engaging, helpful or bothers to care to help. One nice women told me I could do this online, she even tried to help me though her appointment showed up, which I understand. What is the point to have in person banking when there is no one to help you. I then contacted another Chase bank down the street, Yesenia said yes I could come in. I told her I would be there in 5 minutes. As I was parking Yesenia called me to tell me she looked at the wrong date & couldn't see me for another hour. Honestly why even bother. I will take my business to Wells Fargo. I bank at different banks, and honestly I will never go into Porter Ranch branch again for anything. Very disappointing.

The tall hispanic lady has the worst attitude, she gives you feeling like, why are you here, worst branch and people, why not fire them all.

I usually only use the ATMs at this location, but I've never had anything but wonderful customer service when I have to go inside for any reason. Also, perhaps I am just lucky, but I have never been here and seen a line of more than 4 people. That means chances are you will be able to get in and out of this location much faster than other branches. Like I said, the employees here are always very friendly and helpful. Even when their ATM machines went down for the whole area, they were able to apologize and help me out with any & everything I needed to be done. I don't find myself needing a bank in this area very often, but when I do, I am legitimately happy that I can come here versus other Chase locations. I know I will get stuff done quickly and efficiently.

I close down my Chase Bank account after 15 years because of the service that I received at this location. The branch manager is very condescending, rude, horrible to deal with. He is so uncompromising and I have never received worse service and I have in my life than coming to this chess chase bank. You are better off taking your service to another Chase branch or just another bank in general.

I read the reviews about this branch but thought I would give them a try anyways, even though the reviews about their customer services were terrible! Well ... the bad reviews are all correct. Their customer service is the WORST. I showed up to open a new account. There were no customers in the branch. 2 employees were talking with each other while I stood there for 5 minutes, waiting for them to just acknowledge my presence!! They have a stuck up attitude. Don't they realize that the customer should be their number one priority? I've been to other Chase branches but the branch in Porter Ranch is by far the worst.

Chase is the worst bank you can possibly do business at.I attempted for a week to open an account - tried several branches, all too busy to take a walk in, then was rejected because I came in with the wrong paper work (their error), and lastly two of the appointments were cancelled because they didn't have enough staff. Much could have been overlooked, but not the arrogance that came along with all the trouble.Jamie - time to step down!
