On hold for nearly 10 minutes is unacceptable. Drive over and the grooming section was completely dark and no one had answers. What's going on with this location...

Really nice to my pooch just seemed a more than a little disorganized.

My golden was a long time customer. Now that he is a senior with arthritis they said he can't stand on the grooming table anymore so they won't groom him. Really I said you can't dry and brush him on the floor. No they said that would be a liability. Don't bring your older dogs to Petco!
