This people at this location are such a crooks!!
I went there because my phone wasn’t receiving signal just WiFi,so they said they couldn’t fix it because i didn’t have insurance???
They couldn’t even check it!
When I bought my phone there they sold me a screen protector together that the price was $75 dollar!
I saw a different price and didn’t pay attention when they charged that screen protector with my phone
So when I get to the car and checked the bill i went back right away but they couldn’t give my money back they said,it’s their own policy even if I just bought it a few minutes earlier by mistake!!?
So now that I had this problem with my phone and they didn’t want to help me,I decided to go to the Verizon in the collection,well they did fix the simple issue with the signal and with no extra charge and
So I told them what happened at this other store on victoria ave and Chanel islands and how they will not accept returns even without open the item!
So of course they advised me not to go there ever again or buy anything !
People u better go to the one at the collection they will give you money back on a return even if u buy an item at this Verizon crooks store in Port Hueneme or any other!!

Terrible treatment from staff. A boy with an earring on, does not know how to treat people, should not work there, if he does not have empathy or a smile to receive those of us who come for information, he should not work and give a chance to another person who does have the desire and vocation for service. .
Lackluster treatment, as if it sucked that someone had entered the store to ask, his attitude made me terribly uncomfortable. He did not know how to give the information and practically his answers were blunt and cutting as if to say: Go away.

Customer Service at the Verizon Store Port Hueneme is less than satisfactory. I have been a Verizon customer for well-over 20 years and have never experienced such rude treatment. A rep named Alec called me recently and said that he can give us a cheaper plan. He made an appointment to meet there with me and talked me into switching from Frontier to Verizon Wireless Internet in my home. He said that if there is any problem, there is a thirty-day return policy. I took the new modem home and after spending almost three hours on the phone with techs, we were advised to return it. Now we are getting the runaround from the personnel at the store, and the manager, Kurt, refuses to return my calls. They won't t let us return it to anuone but the manager. I called Corporate Customer Service two evenings ago and was promised a call from Kurt. I am still waiting. We run a trucking business and had to leave town. Are they going to be available when I try to return it next week when we get back? This is beyond ridiculous. Please do yourself a favor and go to a different Verizon location.

Verizon said over $400 credit for buying new iPhone if I tried their internet at $40 a month for up to 400kp per month.
I just tested at: 4.23 Mbps download
3.58 Mbps. then 20.1 Mbps download
4.11 Mbps upload from Mac using wifi
Switched back to my previous provider and got with 2 tests over
204 and 199 Mbps download and 171 and 181 Mbps upload
From wired work laptop I got
Mbps download 1.33, upload 2.61
then 1.73 upload and download.
Switched back to my previous provider and got with 2 tests over
179 and 182 Mbps download and 182 and 184 Mbps upload.
I canceled Verizon internet and never got any credit as promised and I’m still trying to get everything back that they charged me to try their internet.
Verizon continues to contact me but has not done anything to make up for the lies or adjust the cellular costs down to what I can get from competitors of Verizon.

They said if I ordered the Verizon internet I would get over $400 off my new phone, even if I cancelled the internet, which I could do free. I was told speed would be up to 400mbps. It tested at less than 21 Mbps, so I went back to my provider at over 170 Mbps upload and download. I never got the $400 promised me. I also read in their contract that I could owe: ABC Phones of North Carolina, Inc, DBA Victra, in addition to Verizon including full retail price of my phone if I cancel within 181 days of activation. Bottom line, I won't trust anything they tell me anymore and will make sure I get everything in writing before I agree to anything. Also, I have never been able to reach this location by phone as I have not seen a direct line published and when Verizon tried to call them on my behalf no one answers. I also have had no luck with a direct email. Thus, my experience is they do not value customer service.

Making an upgrade to one of my lines. The employees made the entire thing sound very confusing.They had a new employee here that had no clue what he was doing. I wonder if he knows that he works here?The staff of three looked like if they’d were customers when I first walked in. Dressed very unprofessional, definitely didn’t look the part of a typical Verizon sales associate.As I was shopping, I asked for prices to some accessories, cause nothing in the store is priced, the associate responded with “I don’t know.” Never once did they offer to check for me.For being the only customer in that day of my visit, I got the attention as if the store was full of customers. Very little.So if anyone comes to this location, don’t!I say you’re better off trying the corporate store.

The poorest customer service; I came in to the port Hueneme Verizon store to purchase internet modem and service. After waiting for an hour a sales person was available to help me. They were not able to active a modem for me and told me they would call me back the next day so I could come back the next day to pick it up. That was fine no big deal. I never got a call back from them. 3 days later I get a text message saying if I was going to come pick up my modem. So they made me an appointment to pick it up at noon the next day. When I went to pick it up I waited 25 minutes before a sales person acknowledged that I was in the store waiting for help. Turns out the original sales person added 3 modems to my account and they were all at a higher price then we had discussed. I ended up leaving and canceling the service all together. Poor customer service, long wait times, sales person doesn't know how to activate their products and then added 3 products to my account at a higher price than agreed upon. Total waste of time. Deserves 0 out of 5 stars.
