I went here to get something printed. I waited for about 20 minutes to load my email to print the file I needed which was still never received. Additionally, staff was extremely rude and said “our wifi is trash.” They were also all talking super loudly about their lunch and thought my name was Hunter, which it isn’t. They all seemed too stoned to work. Not at all a friendly or reliable place to get anything printed or accomplished.

No reason to advertise notary services when they are not available at any office. Seems like the employees do not want to do them.

They lost my package, wrote the wrong address, refused to refund me, then threatened to discard my package instead of returning it. Absolutely unprofessional! On top of that absolutely awful customer service, the girl I spoke to was so ignorant and rude.

Rude woman working the desk who doesn't like when customers ask questions. Refused service to us today because we questioned why she was trying to sell us a box when our Amazon return was already packaged. Don't go here to do a painless return for Amazon.

I've been using this UPS Store for 3 years now and it's worked out great. They're very helpful and knowledgeable, particularly "Cynthia" who is great at not just knowing how to return Amazon packages on the spot, but explaining the procedure so I can understand it also. Very convenient location with lots of open parking. I can get in and out pretty quick. Smooth transaction each time.

Had a horrible delivery via Amazon with a damaged box. Called the store and Carlos was on it, I explained situation, he helped me repackage the item and return Amazon's blunder right then and there. Solution from start to finish. Absolutely awesome job Carlos! Keep it up.
