Butchered my bangs. Went in for a very simple bang trim, I told them woman that I wanted exactly what I had, just out of my eyes and she cut a HUGE piece of hair off and had the nerve to tell me it was like that when I came in. I had 2 other stylists try to fix it but it was unfixable. They didn’t charge me because they knew they messed up. I would have been better off trimming on my own with kitchen scissors.

I found my new “beauty salon” without spending hundreds of dollars!!!
I walked in definitely wanting just a little trim off the ends but a new look as well but nothing drastic! I told Bibiana I'm letting my hair grow out after years of coloring it, and what did she suggest to make it look healthier with a little style. She suggested stay with the side part, a little layering to add body and get rid of the 4” of dead ends!
I love it!!! Thank you Bibiana, my new stylist, you’re the best!

Hi, I just wanted to give you an update on my experience at Supercuts with my hair being thinned out without my permission. I continue every day to struggle with the hair being stuck to my head and figure out how to style it. It's still a nightmare.. can't wait for it to grow out. They make it right and give me a refund but in life you don't always get what you asked for.... At the beginning, I was very clear. Do not add any more layers to my hair. And in my wildest dreams, did I think my hair would be thinned out without asking.. so my advice is be clear and triple check. I would post pictures, but it's too humiliating. Every day trying to deal with this is certainly a struggle. Can't even grab enough hair to put it in the curling iron. I had longer thick that was gorgeous and extremely easy to style every day . Now it takes me at least a half an hour to try to keep it from freezing out . Thank God for a hat . My first bad experience in decades.

Love this location and the people here. Greeted with genuine gladness to see us even though we are strangers. The woman did an excellent job on my husbands hair. We are definitely making this his place for a haircut!
