Wack experience… Within the first 30 seconds the young lady that “helped” me was only telling me what she couldn’t do. Pretty face, nice hair, customer service did not match. Regardless of the fact that what she was saying couldn’t be done, had already BEEN done, and I was just delivering my half of the deal; she and her shift super kept stating that it could not be done. These two people were trying to find more reasons to NOT help me than they were trying to find ways to help me… Ultimately, what they said couldn’t be done was done; with is just without their help.

It's been a step learning curve. T mobile absolutely has the best service, my trips there have always been a result of my lack of tech prowess not there's. It's easy to be judgemental mislead by appearance. No one's immune, it comes from exposure to the spectrum of people nowadays. But personality aside their staff is the most knowledgeable you can find. Quick to criticize, quicker to praise , Great job , great service. They help a old school guy be connected. Not always easy these days, so thanks for the patience !!!

Super happy with how well the sales reps are very knowledgeable . I came in trying to figure out what the best plan would be. I first came in and spoke with Bradley and advised me on which Apple Watch to get. I was looking for one that could track my swimming laps and waterproof. I was able to get version 7 instead of 8 which was more in my budget. My friend was with me and she had Verizon and still on a payment plan. It was great to hear how much savings she would have switching over. I was then ready to upgrade my iPhone from 10 Max to the the 14 Pro Max, in beautiful purple, my favorite color.Luis was the next sales rep I met with and he able to fully get me both the Apple Watch and iPhone 14 Max with my budget in mind. He fully explained all the charges and helped me decide on a 256 GB Phone since I explained I needed a phone to handle a lot of photos and videos now that I was promoting my social media presence by going to networking events for the purpose of supporting local businesses and representing the BBB (Better Business Bureau)As Luis stated, I would only be billed once my phone shipped. He managed my expectations and I received my phone earlier than expected. I love my new phone and the ease of returning my old iPhone 10 Max back to the store with Bradley.Both Bradley and Luis deserve a RAISE for the attention to detail. Just be patient because sometimes this place gets busy, but well worth the wait when you get consulted by these two standout reps who know their stuff!

My auto pay was stopped for 2 months and during that time I payed the bill personally in the store. Every time t mobile charged me 15 dollars extra. I'm on a low fixed income! That's why I'm not going to recommend t mobile to any one.
