The lovely ladies that helped me and my best friend yesterday were so kind and polite with us. We had lots of questions because of dyeing our hairs for the first time. They answered everything we asked even when we had to ask more. They were very helpful & well informed and at no point said they didn’t know, were unsure, or didn’t know about the products we were asking about. They made us feel very welcome and comfortable being friendly & patient the whole time.This location is amazing ? and worth it if you need help and friendly service. I highly recommend this store location will definitely ?? visit again for all my hair care needs from now on.

I was in Sallys two weeks ago buying some product.Upon entrance, I was kindly greeted by two sweet associates asking if I need any help. When I stated I did so, a young woman by the name of Amaya came around the counter & helped me.She walked over to the hair color & she kindly educated me about the products. She was extremely knowledgeable & she told me about the deals that were going on in the store.I really appreciate this quality customer service that I received, I look forward to going back again.Thank you very much, Amaya, for the excellent customer service.

I went in about 1 week ago and purchased the same dye that I used a few months ago. Somehow after I used it my hair turned completely green so I went in the store with the container and receipt asking what had happen and telling the girls this was the same brand and color I had used a few month ago, the answer I got was: I do see your hair is green and I don’t know what to tell you, you need to buy a product to wash off the color and reapply a different dye something more red to eliminate the green. Omg I’m here looking like a grinch. Worst experience ever.

Best customer experience and service walked in asked a question what can they do for my hair or what's the best product and it quickly they show me the product and the product is great I highly recommend

My first thought is the employees would rather be doing anything else other than waiting on customers. Ask if you want help but not helpful not willing to find the SKU item to see if they have it at another Sally's. Lackadaisical attitud. And several of the shelves in the store are empty. When I asked if they just ran out of it or they weren't ordering as much the comet was we just get what we get. No wonder no one wants to hire anybody anymore. It's a very sad state of affairs. I will not be going out of my way for the store. And this would be a thing I would probably want to do online from now on

Place looks clean but stock items seems limited. Some items were quite pricey and not so new looking. Employees did not seem friendly, no greeting or even bother asking if someone needs help. The girls seem to be carrying a side conversation and very loud, I felt uncomfortable shopping so left in less than 10 minutes.

If i could give this location a 0 star I absolutely would. The workers there treated me and my boyfriend like s***** They were hovering over us the entire time making sure we wouldn't steal and they would peak over the aisles to watch us. I have enough money to afford a $8 bottle of hair dye, I don't need to f****** steal from this shitty a** store. I would drive all the way to Thousand Oaks rather than come to this location. I'm never coming here again.

Terrible customer service the workers are so rude ! just like someone else said it's like a sorority house. Recommend going to another location If you don't want to be judged the whole time you're In the store.

Poor customer service. One of the clerks specifically a light skin lady with with dark hair. Asked her a question regarding bleach and tells me all bleaches are the same. When I told her not all are the same, I was looking for the cream kind particularly which it’s a bit better for the hair. She answers back with irritated tone. She leaves and I continue my shopping, at the register she is also helping me when I asked another question regarding my payment method, she is still with attitude and tells me she doesn’t know then I told her I think I’m gonna pass today you have a lot of attitude. She just mumbled whatever an let’s me go. Bad business. Not the first time this person has this kind of attitude. On the other hand blonde clerk with long hair is very helpful and kind to clients.

I don't like giving bad reviews but I feel like this place deserved it because of their rude manager and employee. I took a couple of products I bought before the quarantine and wasn't able to find the receipt. Asked them what could I do, even offer to just give it to them cause I didn't want it to be wasted. They didn't give me any options. Because it happened to me before on one occasion at the other sallys in ventures, I thought they were gonna be as helpful and understanding but instead were rude and didn't know how to talk to the customer. More stressed about letting people in, also rude because even tho I was there first waiting outside she was about to let people behind me go in. I heard her name is Angie. When I asked the other coworker working with her she said she couldnt do anything cause her manager already said no .Thankfully I called the other sallys in Ventura and as always, gave me options about what I can do. I just went there because it is closer for me but never going back there .Please hire nicer people to work for you , at least smile and not give people bad attitude when they are explaining the situation.

Not friendly staff , rude to costumers from the beginning manager I think her name is Angie . Wouldnt even tried to help and listen . The other one in ventura is way better and more understanding about returns because they explain and give you options.

The staff is not friendly at all. I asked a question about a product and couldn’t even answer my question. Also prior to that they didn’t greet me but a minute later another customer walks in and greets them so they only great who ever they want? Bad customer service!!!! Would rate this store a 0 i prefer Sallys in Ventura much better customer service. Staff here looks like they hate their job.

Phenomenal service during the pandemic. We were all safe & separate & I was able to collect everything I needed for an at home hair transformation.
