This store is messy and dirty. There's no shopping carts. There are pallets and warehouse carts of stuff all over the floor. The shelves have everything everywhere which made it difficult for me to find what I was looking for, and when I looked for help I couldn't find anyone except for a cashier who was helping customers. Avoid this place and go to PetSmart or just go to the one in Ventura.

The grooming department is very unprofessional and management takes no accountability. I made an appointment online, the groomer called me the next day to ask if I can come in 3 hours earlier, I said yes. I arrived in time only to be told the groomer didn't show up. I was offered a complimentary bag of treats, which I declined. This is the second time I've had issues with this location. I'm done. Unsubscribe and blocked.

There is a bathroom and everything is always in stock. Store is clean and service is decent.

I take my maltipoo for grooming they always have to reschedule. One groomer was able to do him without any issues, apparently the last time we took him he was biting which I never had any issues with him before. NOW they talked to the manager to refered him OUT OF ALL PETCOS don’t understand why if ONE groomer is not patient or doesn’t know how to treat dogs I don’t think the rest are the same. I’m really upset and disappointed. This is the Port Hueneme location I will STOP going there, anyway all the time I looke for someone to help me with food advice there’s no one there.

The bottom barrel of the chore list... going to petco. It stinks. It's not the emloyees fault. Petco is always understaffed and corporate makes you jump through hoops just to buy a couple stinkin mice!

Friendly great people my only thing that I learned from there is to never buy a Guinea pig. We bought 1 about 2 weeks and 4 days it died because maybe it was old. No one knew how old it was, but it died. Now my daughter Miss her little guinea pig
