I recently requested an auto load to purchase my leased vehicle. The application took 5 minutes online. The next day I drove to pick up the loan disbursment from this location and my experieince was excellent. The staff was very nice and helpful. I thought I would have to wait because I didn't have an appointment. I waited maybe 15 minutes. Spoke to an "Old Salt Dog" while I waited. They helped me understand what the next steps would be and gave me all the paperwork and explained everything very well. Location is nice. Near lots of food and shopping. Convienent ATM outside. It felt like family. Thanky you Navy Federal!

My husband and I were having some issues with our account and since we don't live close by we decided to make the hour long drive and resolve them. When we walked in we were greeted and helped right away. Alyssa was the one was assisted us with all our needs and she was very helpful and kind. She went above and beyond to explain everything to us and answer all our questions, she is definitely an asset to this branch!

This place really took care of me. Oscar in particular did everything in his power to help me out with a loan. I felt very discouraged when I came from Navy Marine Corps society and they said that they were unfortunatlley not able to help me out. Oscar had a great attitude with helping me out, and provided guidance as far as what I needed. I'm a retired Chief and it makes me happy that their are people like him on base to help sailors out. They are in great hands! Thank you Oscar for caring and helping me with my loan :-)

I wanted to take this time and thank Oscar for what he did to help me today. I was disappointed and discouraged after I left the Navy marine corps society on Huenme base that they could not help me out. Oscar and the community of navy federal helped me out and cared enough to talk to me about different loan options. I'm a retired Chief and this meant a lot to see some still cares about the well being of sailors. We need more representatives like him that are willing to help veterans out. Thank you Oscar:-)

Horrible customer service, they left me sitting waiting for someone to help me with my car loan,all the while taking customers who came in after me.Just got ignored time after time.Lady at the front who greets needs to be replaced!

I’ve been w NFCU for over 20years! They have generally been professional and kind. In this location, I find them to be a little ‘stiff’ sometimes (not to mention any names), although almost always professional. ALYSSA has been Exceptionally warm, kind and Above & Beyond Helpful. I wish All the workers would follow her example. She made us feel Welcome and like Family. They have a rule that we can’t ask for the same person that we were comfortable with. So Alyssa was going to assist me in opening up another CD account on a weekday(instead of that Saturday) but was deterred by another Employee unfortunately:(( And so I haven’t opened another CD acct. In fact, I introduced my Boyfriend to NFCU that day and Alyssa also helped him. He will open a CD acct and was thinking of banking w NFCU; but he was also Deterred by this rule. I understand Shortage of staff (as I am a Nurse), but felt Alyssa was being held back specifically in helping us in the future. Because of this, I still haven’t been able to open another CD acct. Alyssa specifically knew my case so to me, it was important to return to her.. No ‘gift’ for bringing in my Boyfriend either:( All this aside, Is it too much of a request to atleast be Welcoming and treat us as one of your Family? It’s not just about this Rule but more importantly about How abrasively or Stiffly it was Conveyed to me by certain staff. Nothing personal, just noted. Thank you ??
