We’ve been filling with Nancy for the last three years. Two years in a row we didn’t have any issues, but last year she hired a new employee who completely messed up our taxes. We have sent the payment in, but it turns out they didn’t e-file and never contacted us that we need to sign. One year later I found that out and tried to get ahold of Nancy. She refused to talk with me and left a message gaslighting me and my husband that we skipped appointments (which we never had). We both had checked our phones, and there were no new messages, no voicemail, no missed calls, not even an email stating that we need to sign the most important paper. As a result, I have to mail my taxes in this year because Nancy refuses to take ANY responsibility and offer any acceptable solution. She never even apologized. That is completely outrageous! I wouldn’t trust a person with that type of work ethic and lack of customer care. If that happened to us, it can happen to any of you, and believe no one is going to take responsibility and fix your issue

Knowledgeable, friendly, great personalities, felt comfortable being there. After years with H&R Block, this was a refreshing change. Couldn't be happier. Highly recommend them. Very happy.

Nancy has been doing my taxes for many years and I have never had a problem. Macy and her staff go above and beyond the norm. I would recommend them to everyone I know.

Nancy Olivares prepared taxes for my wife and I in tax years 2014 and 2015. She was very thorough in going over our options and guided us through step by step. Nancy will be the first to tell you to go by the book IF you want hassle-free returns. Although initially we thought we had a complicated situation, Nancy got us through unscathed and we were happy with the results. I find that Nancy is an organized, well prepared tax professional and I recommend her office and staff to ANYONE wanting a positive result.

My mother has been doing her taxes/accounting services through Nancy for YEARS! Last year (and this year) I went to Nancy to have my taxes done and she is so thorough and explains what is happening. She also asks what you are expecting for next year...for instance I said I was planning on buying a home, then she explained what would happen next year on my taxes. Between my mother and I we've never had any issues with Nancy or her employees...they are all FANTASTIC!
