“We had a horrible plumber do what turned out to be a terrible job doing a simple toilet reinstall resulting in MAJOR water leak and mold damage. Our restoration and mold remediation company hired Porta-Stor to deliver a pod to store our furniture in from the damaged areas of my house. Matt showed up right on time, was extremely professional and pleasant. Instead of just dropping the box and leaving, we discussed exactly where I wanted the box, down to the inch. Matt's a GREAT guy and Porta-Stor is lucky to have him!!”

“I went with U-Pack because they had a better price than PODs. We had our relocube stored at a facility instead of delivered to our new address, and it arrived promptly. Minus one star because after calling to confirm that we would be unloading on x date, upon arrival, our cube had somehow ended up 2 hours away. Staff seemed confused when they couldn't find it at the yard it was supposed to arrive at. Luckily, we had an air tag on it and told them where it was. They identified that it had, for whatever reason, ended up on someone's truck. That person happened to be coming back our way, but we did have to wait for about 1.5 hour and weren't really apologized to nor compensated for the inconvenience. I recommend putting an air tag on any moving service you use! Can really come in handy. Otherwise, I appreciated their flexibility. We unloaded on 3 separate trips and it was no big deal.”

“One of the best companies I've worked for in the past and also hired for my move in the past and I am shocked by the allegations and some fake pictures posted here! This is the most honest and reliable company I've ever worked for and hired, not like most moving companies who abuse the system. People use to assume every company is a fraud and give their owners and their employers a hard time. It's a stressful job, but there is nothing this company that they never solved and made sure their clients come first! During the move items can be damaged and break, this is why every company offers insurance. No matter what David does, he does it from the bottom of his heart and care. It's sad when people spread lies because they misunderstand the extra costs for packing materials. They never pack or do an unprofessional job. Their packing style is clean and made to protect clients goods. If they're still in business, I will highly recommend them and use them for my future moves again.”

“In March 2023 I hired Hilford Moving to relocate items from one location to another, only to find that another company that we had previously hired left quite a mess behind. We had Noe's crew for the move, and you could not ask for a more professional, friendly and thoughtful group of guys. They were true experts, going with the flow and allowing me the time to do a full inventory of every item (while I had notified them ahead of time that we needed extra time for this, it was quite a task that they were more than willing to accommodate and assist with). We had a couple of surprises that required an additional day on the books which they arranged for me before I could even call the office. The office was also very helpful and accommodating, and handled all of our paperwork and requests seamlessly. I strongly recommend Hilford for your moving needs, and will use them again. And ask for Noe's crew - they're the BEST!”

Really appreciated their service.Professional & kind.My only ‘complaint’ would be its not accessible later … or 24hrs as my previous had been. Then again. The (other spot) was inside/secured. This is an outside set-up so it actually makes sense it’s closed at night. ;). I appreciate the security and care.
