“I can’t say enough good things about Claudia and her team. I found Claudia to be much more knowledgeable than any of the other loan people I had spoken to, so I knew she was the person who would get me the best loan. She not only did that, she was there for me every step of the way, guiding me answering questions and offering suggestions.Honestly, I wasn’t impressed by the realtor that I had from the home i found on Zillow at all. Nor was I impressed by the escrow company that broker used. So I would turn to Claudia and she would deal with them directly and took care of everything. The next day I drove to pick up the loan disbursment from this location and my experieince was excellent. The staff was very nice and helpful. I thought I would have to wait because I didn't have an appointment. I waited maybe 15 minutes. Spoke to an "Old Salt Dog" while I waited. They helped me understand what the next steps would be and gave me all the paperwork and explained everything very well. Location is nice. Near lots of food and shopping. Convienent ATM outside.
