My husband works 12 hours shifts and I commute to LA 5 days a week for school. Getting a day off together happens every 2-3 weeks. We scheduled an appointment 2 weeks in advance, then dropped off all our paperwork (that was very organized) a week in advance. 1. We walked in and they rescheduled us with a different representative than the one we had talked to 2. They couldn't find our documents for 10 minutes 3. The first thing out of our filer's mouth was negative comments about who we went through for a cryptocurrency account 4. She couldn't understand the cryptocurrency account information and didn't ask for help so stated we just had to come back another time with the first representative was available. Just rude and unprofessional.
