Edwin and Angela are wonderful. They are very responsive (always available during working hours to assist even when busy), proactive (reaches out via phone calls to notify of return issues prior to charging you) and very accommodating (gets you in the right vehicle). The most impressive was their knowledge and performance with insurance companies. Thanks Edwin and Angela for such great customer service/experience.

"Exceeding Expectations" - Look, I've probably rented 100 cars over the years, from many different companies. I've learned that Enterprise is the best of breed. Out of all the Enterprise Rent-a-Car offices I've rented cars from, all over the country, I'd say this Oxnard CA office is the best I've ever encountered. Just amazing personal service. The entire team there is A+ and it's a well-managed location. Anyway, I thought all you out there should know, because I know what I am talking about. They definitely exceed expectations. Love these guys.

I reserved a small compact car one week prior and was quoted a price of the rental plus car insurance. When I went to pick it up at Enterprise Car Rental to my shock and dismay, they told me they charge a $300 deposit fee! I had received an email confirming my car rental reservation and did not state any $300 deposit plus additional fees of car insurance. I was extremely disappointed and cancelled the reservation and I had to take Uber back to my home. I was planning on going out of town to visit my family for Thanksgiving but had to cancel my trip. I don't recommend Enterprise Car Rental service they have too many hidden fees ?

Worst customer service I have ever received. Moses the manager at this location is terrible. When I went to return the rental which when I received it had some dings and damage Moses said he would have to submit a claim to my insurance. Even though I had taken pictures of every little thing I found wrong with the vehicle when I got it, he still agrued with me about submitting a claim. He was totally confrontational. Be careful with this guy. He seems like a miserable person. Im only giving them ⭐ because the guy who originally helped me when I first picked up the car was nice. I should have just dealt with him but I didn't remember his name. He was much more professional then the manager Moises who has horrible people skills. ?

Worst Customer service I've had with everyone working here. They are very unprofessional. They don't want to refund the money that was my insurance has sent to them. The supervisor Moses was the most disrespectful and dishonest person I've had encountered through out this experience, because he does not want to help and has lied to my face that my insurance has never called them but they have been in communication with them since October all the way to this month (November).

They completely lied to me and made me feel like I was taken advantage of..To top it off the manager would not help at all..hanging up the phone on me constantly.. all he could say is that the employees were new and that they didn’t know what they were doing.. so I guess that was MY fault??! I reached out to a higher manager via email..only to be ignored. Been renting for so many years and years with them… after this I’ll be making sure no one I know rents from them. They lie to you.. then they act like you’re in the wrong. Completely disappointed at management and the incompetence to train they’re employees the correct way.. that way maybe we don’t get lied and get charged wrong!!!! I would rate them a ZERO! They were just completely disgusting the way they lied to me and my sister....completely wrong what you did to me Enterprise. ???

I typically am not a fan of enterprise. But a customer rep in the Port Hueneme Office name Rae was extremely good, He was understanding and made sure he met our level of service during the initial stage of renting the car and at the final stage when we turned the car in. We appreciate Rae and the customer service assistance he provided. Thanks Rae, appreciate you completely!

The customer service was very professional. I was able to get the help I needed without much effort. I had a reservation from the insurance company. They picked me up from the body shop. I was suppose to go to the Ventura location, but the driver ended up bringing me to the Oxnard location. Besides that mistake, the experience was great. I had a good experience at this Oxnard location, the associates are friendly and professional. I would recommend renting here.

I’ve been using enterprise for YEARS! I just moved back to the west coast made a reservation as my truck was in the shop. When I arrived with my son they denied me a vehicle as I had an out of state license and I wanted to use my debit card instead of my credit card. They saw the history of my previous transactions so they knew I’ve been a customer on several occasions. I had proof of my new address as well as banking information with MY NEW address on the information. They said they needed a credit card to make sure I was trustworthy. I just maxed out my card moving my family back home and I just wanted to pay for the car and deposit. I’m 54 years old a business a business owner and previously law enforcement. I’ve never been so humiliated in my life. Looks like I won’t ever use or recommend Enterprise again. Terrible business practices…
