“Best Buy-Pacific SalesNeeded to buy a new refrigerator did my research on PC and went to Lowes. They did not have any product advisors assigned to their appliance department so I left. Next stop Best Buy/Pacific Sales, was only in appliance department about 5 minutes when Anthony Vaccaro came over and asked if he could assist me. I had a list of questions which he answered quickly and we started to look at several models and discussed pros and cons of each model. Anthony used his smart phone to check information on specs and other questions I had. I picked the model I wanted and we quickly did the paper work.Anthony was very knowledgeable in product information and seemed truly concerned I picked the model that would satisfy my needs. It's been years since I dealt with a product advisor that was so knowledgeable and easy to work with. Unit was delivered on time and unfortunately there were some factory defects that showed up as I began to test the control panel and other features. Next day I emailed Anthony a list of problems with the unit and asked if they could be fixed. Anthony and the manager reviewed my list and decided on their own it would be better to replace my unit, this all took place in less than an hour. This company has proven they are truly interested in customer satisfaction.Needless to say, my future appliance needs will be purchased at Best Buy/Pacific Sales a company that has gained my trust.Al B041721”

“I went into Cricket wireless this evening to get help with my SIM card. I walked in and immediately I received service. I explained what I needed, Alexzandra was the rep who assisted me was friendly, professionally and went out of her to get an answer for me. To find out she had just started working but still did an outstanding job. I will say her coworker Marisol who has been with cricket for 6 years didn’t mind helping when Alexzander needed it. Great team work. Thank you both for going out of your way to assist me. AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE..12/01/2022 I need to add to this Review. I had to go back into this store today 12/1/22 to purchase a SIM card. Again I was immediately greeted with a smile. Marisol assisted me. There was some issues with my phone but Marisol did not give up. She tried everything she could do along with calling customer service for assistance, never once did she make me feel like she was bothered or frustrated. She was finally able to get my phone up and running all with a smile the entire time. As I sat waiting , I observed all the employees interact with customers. Marisol, Alexzandra, and another employee I didn’t get her name. All 3 of them very professional, friendly and Great customer service. I won’t go to another store. While checking out, we noticed the extremely high bill (vs. what's typical), so I checked the receipt when we arrived at our vehicle in the parking lot.I noticed that we were accidentally charged $71.99 for a box of 8 Peanut Butter Perfect Bars (cost per bar is usually $2.50 per, and should've been roughly $20 instead of $72). So, we headed to the Customer Service counter inside the store and Lucia helped us.We explained the situation and showed Lucia the receipt, and she quickly and effectively resolved the overcharge. We were both very grateful for how friendly and efficient she was - it's not always easy to maintain a good attitude when your main purpose is to resolve customer issues and questions.
