I would give them a big fat 0 if I could .... Beware they said I owed 19,000 in taxes that was WRONG ... wow took my business some were else and I only owed $1,000 what's big difference and they don't answer the phone either I would not ever recommend them to anyone they DO NOT KNOW TAXES.... Mr. Bob needs new help .. one thing you don't mess with is people's money !!!!! Good luck BOB!!!! Might wanna just close the doors !!!!!!

I gave Frank my 2018 tax information in March of 2019 , April 15th came and went with no action from him.. I contacted him many times with concern about filing my return.. I threatened and pleaded via text with him, no response... He finally said he would take care of it May 13..Two weeks went by, no results, I said I was going to go to BBB, Chamber of Commerce, and Yelp... He finally gave me the return on June 4th... I mailed the money owed to the IRS the next day.. I received notice from the IRS in 2020 that the return was not filed, I emailed Bobs tax service asking what to do, got no response, so I made copies and mailed them to IRS.. Fast forward to last friday Nov 26-22 I received a letter from IRS stating I owe over $2000 in penalties and interest for not submitting tax return... For a tax professional to not submit a clients 1040 to IRS is a dereliction of his duties and unnacceptable by anyone's standards.. I give them one star rating because they do not have a negative five stars...

I had a great experience with Jenelle. Super sweet, so helpful and made the process of my tax return seamless. I highly recommend her. However her other coworkers, Im not so sure. I do not know who I have been speaking with prior on phone but they seemed irritated that I’d call to inquire about something. Which is disappointing as I thought I found the perfect place to go to for my taxes every year. Makes me rethink whether to go again next year because as a customer i don’t want to feel that I'm an inconvenience to them if I need to call them.

I can't begin to say how grateful my husband and I are to have found Bob! By far our best tax experience we've ever had! Not enough great things to say about our experience. Bob was friendly, extremely knowledgeable, extremely fair rates, and extremely helpful with all of our questions. He really went above and beyond to help us! So grateful to have found our new CPA! Highly recommend!!

We're new to the area and needed a tax preparer. Based on other positive reviews, we used Bob's Tax Services. Frank was great. He was knowledgeable and explained everything as he guided us through our tax situation. His fees are very reasonable, too. We will definitely be coming back next year.

I've been coming here for taxes for at least 15 years. The best tax preparers in town. Both Frank and Bob are professionals. Explain all the new tax laws that apply to my situation, very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I would recommend them to anyone.
