CVS you need to do better! I bought a gift card for my mom and It had already been used. I read up on this and it happens all the time at cvs. Maybe you should start locking up your gift cards.

Horrible pharmacy, plagued with problems, arrogant staff. Will never step foot in any cvs !!!!
