Citi Bank at West Channel Islands in Oxnard is the worst bank in the history of my life. The staff is incoherent. They don't want to be good at customer service. I believe the whole staff at this branch practices stupidity. The man pictured refuses to wait on American people. They have 1 teller for the entire bank. Please do yourself a favor and don't do business with these idiots. Citi Bank is under a huge layoff, and this branch should be a number 1 candidate to close shop and send these lazy slackers to Wall Mart for their employment.Ventura County Credit Union is highly recommended.

I Use "Citibank" because I have an AccountThere , But This Location has The Largest variety of Stores that I like to Shop At, Which allows Me. to Get most of Items I need At One location Instead of Driving All over Town And Spending More time & Money On Gas and Dealing with "Rush Hour Traffic" ?This location has roughly 9 Restaurants like I-Hop , China Panda, Carl's Junior, Pizza HutMcDonald's, Golden Corral, Plus Severl, What ICall, Mom and Pop Eateries that Are Not Related to Franchise, Or Corporate Stores that are Independently Owned ?Then There's Ace Hardware, Riteaid, WalgreensDollar Tree, Ralph's Supermarket and Several Dry Cleaners , & 1. Laundry Mat Along WithBank of America, Citibank, Union Bank ,ChaseBank, & Wells Fargo Bank, All of Which AreLocated On Channel Island's Blvd betweenSouth Ventura Road & Victoria Street in PortHueneme California ?This Location is Also Nice because the Harbor isBetween Victoria Street and Harbor Blvd And There is Plenty of Things that You & Your Children Can Do, From "Sight Seeing" , FishingSwimming, Surfing, Boat rides & Rental's, OrHaving a Nice Family Picnic While Watching &Admiring All of Those Beautiful & ExpensiveYachts & Ship's along with the Sea Otters andSeal's Of which are quite Plentiful ?Should You're Gas Gauge be getting Low, BeSure to get Gasoline Up and Down Ventura Road & Channel Island's Blvd. Only becauseOnce You have made the Right Turn on toChannel Island's Blvd. You won't find Any Gas Stations Until You get back to (5th Street) AndVictoria Street in Oxnard which runs North &South All The way to the Justice Center ,Where You can Catch The Freeway going EastOr West ?I wish You All Safe & Happy Travels ?Sincerely !Scott R Stebbings

Worse service ever You chat person makes me reset my password and now my account is blocked with a MFA error I have tried calling twice and they want some reference number I wasn't given. I need my account I got my job to give me a paper check to put in since I'm going through a divorce and the lady today hung up on me while I was talking. This is the worse bank service ever.

Bank manager refused to cash my cashiers check from my father from his Citibank in San Francisco that made a mistake with one letter in my name. They refused to verify or to even show some courtesy and call my father. San Francisco branch told my father the one extra letter should not be a problem, it's a cashier's check um DUH. Bank refused to honor my fathers 20 yr customer dedication and well he's closing his account over this poor treatment shown to me by this branch. Pretty sure the San Francisco branch isn't going to like it that this branch just cost them a 20 yr long customer. POOR customer service on every level.

this bank is the worst!!!! i could not tell you enough how terrible this bank is!!!! they take your money they place it in review and keep repeating the review over and over and not releasing your funds after you tell them you rent is due and you can not pull your own money out!!! and now im having to get a loan on car to buy food for my family and myself... and cover my rent!! this is not right in no way!! please listen to me and stay away from citi bank!!! all becuz i had apple fraud!!! they threatened to hang up if you ask for help.. they also lie about there names and will not provide you with a last name!! and they are certainly not there to help you only to lie and tell you one moment there name is lyn and lee and this is there fraud department there a fraud!! please look other where to bank!!! i'm gonna

I dont understand why Citibank Port Hueneme isn't open there aren't enough citi Banks around .we customers need Citibank Port Hueneme to reopen soon.Your not being fair with your customers.You make it hard on senior citizens. Please reopen Port Hueneme citi bank. Until our service returns you get one star.

Long lines, not enough tellers to help their customers, and if you are there to cash a check but your a non customer then heaven help you. You be waiting for ever! And their unprofessional attitude is by far the worst part
