Worst branch ever. I had to paid my Business credit card and because didn't have my card but got an account paper bill they didn't want to help. Day and night difference experience from the location on Victoria, where Liz the manager excels at her job.

I ended-up getting a better CD rate at a nearby bank, so I took my business there. However, the customer service was NOT the same quality that I received from Chase Client Banker Elsie Campbell. My husband went to deposit an insurance claim check that was made out to me and the contractor. Before I went into the branch I called customer service to see if I can deposit it without the co tractor being present. The representative advised me yes as long as it was endorsed. So my husband tried to deposit the check with the teller. And she the talked with the supervisor and the supervisor said no to depositing the check into our account. She advised that the contractor has to deposit it. I told my husband to go to another chase in a more diverse area. And they deposited into our account with no problem. My husband is a Blackman. That is why they didn't want to help him.how else can you explain why one location would help and another refuse to help.This location is going to have a major corporate complaint from me cause this was a racist action. I have been banking with chase for years and now considering taking my business elsewhere.

Worst experience I've ever had at a bank. Staff is rude and unsure about policies. Every teller says different things and the managers don't care to explain anything. 1000% worth it to drive 3 extra miles to the next closest chase.

Service was so bad i felt it was my duty to post a bad review, which i have never done before. By far the worst bank i have ever been to.. Staff is under trained and not a single teller is on the same page with policy. 1000% worth it to drive the extra 14 minutes to go to the next Chase, thank me later.

Thank you for being the only branch in the Oxnard area that made me not want to cry and scream today. Thank you for getting my mom and I in to put her on my account...an act which ultimately took less than ten minutes which no other branch would do...we went to four. That simple act saved me more time than you will know and honoring someones time is a true kindness. Thank you.

So...I wouldn't know where to start because the issues are SO VAST! Let's start with the TV commercial that tells you about their terrific text notification of fraud. HA! First time they notified me of possible fraud and I told them "not me"! There were multiple charges-and they held my Account for three days and locked it down. Then they had me change all my accounts and I had several accounts . The next week the exact same charges came through. EXACT!!! Four of them for high amounts to the same fraudulent payers as a week before and they didn't notify me for hours and hours. Then when I got the notification, I responded the charges were not mine. They went ahead and paid them anyway and emptied my accounts!!! I was then told I would have to wait 10 working days to be able to get my funds back. I had told them "no"! Those are not my charges those are the same fraudulent charges that had a week ago going to the same payees for the exact same amounts. Why are you paying that? I had to make several trips to the bank, and over 6 hours on hold for multiple calls to their s@!#%y security dept. I finally get to the manager as the branch to tell her I wanted my money back and I wanted it now. She stepped in, so kudos to her because I was getting the runaround from the "personal client services" but it's really not their job. So instead you spend 40 to 50 minutes on every single phone call to their security department and you get nowhere. When I finally got my funds back I closed all my chase accounts and essentially said %£! You and told everyone I know.
