The gym was in great shape plenty of parking, and the gym was not busy at all. The equipment was open that I needed for my workout. The workout and a show was great dude was running his PRT and passed out and hit the treadmill and it launched him across the room. (Dude is alright just over exerted himself).

Beefit is a fitness center located on Port Hueneme Naval Base for military personnel including active duty, civilian employees, and retired Navy. Some excellent trainers on staff and the recreation assistants are helpful. Includes a large aerobics room offering various classes. Lots of machines. There is also another gym next to Beefit named Warfield that is a large very nice weight room that is also staffed.

My favorite gym on base. Not as crowded as the other ones.

I work out here often. There are many classes. They have cadio and lifting machines, free weights, and other fitness equipment. You must have base access to use the wellness center.
