REALLY appreciated the time and attention by the staff at this branch. What I thought would be kinda horrible was very easy for Mr. Rodriguez. Helped me close one and start another account for my business.

Honestly this place deserves 0 stars !!! I ALWAYS COME every weeknd and had a little situation there with the older lady "SILVIA" . So anybody that deposits money make sure your not a few dollars off and know the exact amount especially if your taking ones or 5s on a big amount . People who don't have money counters you guys expect them to count it all by themselves thank god I have one and went to the bank on Saviers cause Jesus Christ way better service ! I've been coming here for years for this lady who claims she's been with them for 15 years to act this way . She needs to fix her attitude or maybe it's her menopause , still doesn't give the right to get mad at there own "protocol" !!!!!

If it is "temporarily closed" then there should be a sign on the door and it should say why and when it is expected to open again. And the sign should say where the next closest BofA is located. This is horrific customer service. The worst. No wonder credit unions are eating your market share. DO BETTER. If i had BofA stock i would sell.Update: Web still says it is open. Now the south side has become a shelter location for person in the community experiencing homelessness.You guys need to close this down OR clean it up and own the property like all other responsible merchants.

Check your ATMs they tampered with them already. I got money taken from that ATM from someone who hacked into the atm or put a chip reader. Watch out for your cards when going!!!

I’ve had to Drive for miles, then wait in long lines to make wire transfers.Stuff U just can’t do at an ATM!How Long is this bank going to be without Employees???!

Very disappointed in this bank location which is closest to my home. The bank has been “temporarily closed due to bank manager’s discretion” because of the pandemic which is fine BUT the ATMs can not accept deposits or dispense cash. I went there twice in a week with the same outcome. Customer service? That’s a laugh.

So very dissapointed to have had the illusion of a good in person appointment...I opened an account Monday only to find out 2 days later- that the account- while already funded- had been closed the very next day - even though I did this in person.I was very patient and understanding during my visit- while 2 associates struggled to understand what the BofA app was asking of them, then fortunately a third associate came over and got things going but then they promptly left her again, even though she was asking for clarification and further assistance.Well now- not only do I not have an account but I can't even go in to settle things in person because the $100+ they took to fund the accounts has been refunded via check.I do feel for Mona as she tried her best, but in the end- I think I may have to bank elsewhere- because if they can't take good care of a new account, I can only imagine how it would be once they already have all your money...

I chose 1 star b/c I don't think zero is an option. On Friday I went in around 1 pm to a long line & 1 poor teller! Soon the line was out the door. Still 1 teller! I sat at the handicapped window b/c my legs can't tolerate standing in line that long. There were 2 tellers behind the glass counting money with the machines. Lots of money. they were working on it the whole time I was there. When I saw the manager, she tried her best to ignore me, so I knocked on the glass to ask if anyone would be servicing the handicapped window. She replied, "as soon as they get done", & quickly looked back down. After sitting there for 40 minutes, I left. Nothing had changed. The line continues growing. The 1 teller kept plugging along all alone! This place needs new management in the worst possible way! To the one lone teller, I hope she gets a job where she is appreciated!

I recieve a bank of America cashiers check from my friends estate. They wont cash the check because it is too large. I say I'll open an account they tell me 20 minute wait. I come back and get told they cant help me but they would be happy to make an appointment for friday because the lady has an appointment didnt the first guy know that? What a waste of time.

EXTREMELY poor customer service. Rude female announced to the line outside that if we aren't INSIDE by 4pm we WON'T be helped no matter how long we waited in line.

Worse customer service, I waited online for a long time, and when it was my turn the cashier asked if I had an other account with an other bank when I answered yes he refuses to help I wish I could give a zero stars.
