“Caleb and crew have done a consistently fine job getting and keeping our Subarus on the road, both for the expected maintenance and repair on older models and a mystery issue that required real sleuthing. One shudder at highway speeds for our mid-aughts Outback took a fair amount of trouble-shooting to dope out, and I appreciated the determination to fix it for good, not just have it running. Now my son takes his Subie to AWS, too, and the service continues to be prompt and thorough.”

“On 8/18/24, Big Brand Tire on Main Street in Ventura insisted that I needed to replace my brakes when I went there to get a flat tire fixed. Instead, I went to Bill Clark Auto to have them check the brakes because of their integrity. Bill Clark Auto determined that none of the brakes needed replacement. Furthermore, Joe, the owner, told me that the front tire brake pads had 70% remaining, and the back tire pads had 40% and 35% remaining. Bill Clark did not charge me anything for this and saved me hundreds of dollars.”

“Went to multiple Kia dealerships in hopes of getting the vehicle we wanted and in the color we wanted. Although a little far, we were referred by family to visit Kirby, and they sure did not disappoint. Most were not helpful or too aggressive and didn’t seem to want to work out a deal. Kirby Kia was more than helpful and made the whole process easy. Fern helped us out and after a short time, we were able to work out a deal and leave home with our Telluride in the color and trim we wanted. “I took my 2015 Camry in for a regular service but also had a special need that the Toyota dealer could not identify and fix for 2 years.
2 years ago I got my car detailed. After, I found some broken clips under my car and suddenly had this mystery knock somewhere in the engine compartment. It was not the engine. Anytime I got up to 40 mph, or if it was windy, this knocking would start. It drove me crazy. Especially on long trips to see clients which could be 7 hours in the car.
Sixto and Marc at Concourse listened to my story of woe and took it as a personal challenge.
I got home last night near midnight from my first long trip since my service and it was the quietest ride I have had in years.

The guys are relaxed and ready to help with whatever you need. They install new windshield wipers for free and they do it quickly and even if it's raining. They also know what they have in stock and exactly where to find it in the store. Which is a big help if you don't know exactly what you're looking for.
