If I could give it a zero I would. The lady's horrible and screams at people to leave after saying hello -(me). If you're one of those people who have social anxiety I do not recommend at all.

They have treated me kindly for the past 10 years I've been going to them, they even given me a small bottle from time to time when I had no money to pay, they are gracious people and I always came back to pay them when I had the money, Ruby is a Gem who works there she is the sweetest person and I care about her and her business alot. Good place to go, don't listen to the others.

I stopped by to purchase some shades in the morning. As I was driving the shades broke/cracked, talk about cheap product. Went to see if they would replace them, the answer was," Come back tomorrow & talk to the person that sold them to you." The lady that works here is 1 of the owners. Her customer service is horrible, therefore I will not come to this store anymore.

When you bring your riches to this country and buy a successful business. Have the respect for customers to at least say thank you come again and learn a few words in English. Even if it's only to tell me to go F myself. Next time I need alcohol I will definitely go to BevMo. Alan's liquor really sucks now.

The older lady here is so disrespectful & rude! I would go in at least three times a week to get some drinks & lottery tickets & she always give us attitude & throws are money on the counter. Do not support this liquor store! Go to Pat Holdins in Oxnard & get friendly service.
