I got totally screwed by Jeff.....Hey Jeff Thanks Bro. I gave him an old two axle boat trailer with the understanding that it was up to him to register it as I misplaced the pink slip for it. There was no bill of sale, it was 100% on him to take care of it because I gave it to him. He said he might turn it into a flat bed or whatever type trailer. Flash forward 5-6 years and I get my taxes garnished for over 500 dollars by Alameda county because the trailer was towed somewhere down there. No notification before hand nothing. When I called the garage to talk to Jeff he was never there. I left my phone number several times and it became obvious he was avoiding me. I thought a small garage would take care of there business, most will but not Jeff. 500 dollars garnished Jeff after giving you something.....Thanks Bro

Our Jeep broke down at Berryessa and Pope was quick to respond and the driver was so kind, and helpful. I never want to breakdown again, but if so I’d use call Pope.Service: Car towing

I have a gnarly road up to my property and had a trailer delivered across country and when they guy got here, he couldn't get it up where I wanted it. AJ from Pope Valley to the rescue! He came up here in his 4x4 short-bed Ford and navigated not just the gate, but the road. It was still gnarly - but with the right equipment, skills, and nerves of steel - I'm going to say that these folks have the right stuff. Thanks AJ and Pope Valley!

We had a vehicle stuck in the mud deep into a rural property. The road was narrow, single lane, slick with mud, and otherwise impassable by a standard large tow truck. They claimed these conditions were their specialty and they delivered. The rig they sent was perfect for the job and the driver

I got my work truck stuck in some dirt not far from here. I was desperate for help because I was hot and out of water and had walked for literally miles because no one would stop. I explained the situation and I wasn’t trying to get a free service I just needed help, there were two employees who just looked at me while I was explaining my situation and they said sorry you need to figure out what you want to do. They were even going to try and help me, I knew it wasn’t a tough job because someone else later came and helped get it out. Worst towing business I have seen in many years.
