I do not recommend this place, the first time I went to be my guests Claribel, Clan, or Maclan, I don't remember the name very well, this gentleman is all the way to the bottom on the left wing. Terrible service, he doesn't know how to do taxes, I don't know how they allow him to do that, I gave him my son's insurance like a thousand times, and he still put it wrong, he calls them one and they get upset, they don't have A/C, that place is so ugly. and some do not know how to do this job, I do not recommend it to anyone, look for other places. Thank you!!!

Horrible customer service, they check their information, I made my statement with them, the preparer made them wrong, I went back to them to correct it and they even got upset, literally annoyed by every question I asked them, definitely not memorable

Worst place to do taxes. Do not do your taxes with Jorge. Unprofessional and late. Made us come back 3 times to fix our taxes and all 3 times he didn’t show up. We had to do our taxes some where else and we didn’t get a refund even though we didn’t file with him in the end. Do not recommend. They will have u running circles instead of trying to fix and help you out.

Absolutely the worse. Their appointment system is the worse. It's super small and crowded inside. It seems no one is really paying attention to the "list" when your writing your name down because they skip names...don't call you on the phone like they say they will if you end up leaving to sit in your car...don't specify who does notary work (only) or income tax. It was a waste of time and nothing was resolved for us. Don't waste your time.
