Worst place ever, the lady is just rude, lazy and doesn't wanna do her job, that's all. WU shouldn't work with these people.

Always nice to come here versus other regular grocery stores. A lot of items here are the lowest prices compared to the other grocers nearby. Employees are also friendly at the cashier. Pros:-A lot of room to push your cart-Low prices-Well stocked and has items that I don't find at other grocery stores like organic edible flowers; Anaheim peppers-Bulk area full of candy, nuts, chocolate, pancake mixes, spices, sugars, pet food -Free coffee area where you can also get bulk beans -Self-checkout area -Bakery -Open 24 hrs -Pizza area where it's decently pricedCons: -It can get busy especially on weekends

Don't go here if you plan to pay with a Chase debit card or credit card. The machines ROUTINELY refuse to accept this form of payment showing chip failure- wrong! They need to update their machines

I don't know why I never came here but I stop by here to pick up some blue cheese for my burgers. I plan on making for dinner. This place is very clean and organized. Their prices are really great. Compared to a lot of other spots. Definitely will be making more stops here. I got, a pack of chicken that had six breast fillets on it and it was only eight bucks! Where can you get that at? Definitely need to stop sleeping on Winco though

I'd give 0 stars if I could . I don't like leaving bad reviews. They closed the bathroom when I needed to go bad. I spent 30 bucks on firewood. You won't give me an interview. This place is awful . I'll consider never coming back again .

Definitely recommend this affordable store. They have everything you're looking for in terms of food and cleaning items to pet food. The staff is usually friendly and it's clean. They have a liquor section too and seasonal isle. The best part is they're open late!

I love the pomona store it's open 24hrs. It's always well stocked and the prices are great. I would like to recognize one employee Cathy she usually works in Licoure.she is always very friendly and very helpful. If you have a question about some thing and she doesn't know the answer.she will go out of way to find it. Cathy is asset to your company and you are lucky to have her.

CASH & DEBIT CARDS ONLY! They don't accept credit cards! I remember going here during my undergrad and having my mind blown and it's been years since I've been back and once again I have to marvel at how great this market is, especially since it's open 24/7! Anything you can ask for it's here from groceries, frozen foods, home goods, a bakery, etc. It's nice that they have an area where you can select and choose candies (these were Halloween themed currently) based on weight. Definitely an eye catcher for anyone bringing their kids here. In the back, there's also a place to get your own honey or make your own nut butter. There's animal feed and treats too. The deli/meat section had full on meals that you'd just have to heat up to eat. Definitely cheaper than getting a combo at Panda Express or the like. They had huge sausages, a ginormous calzone for $7, and even Filipino meats too! The bakery section has cakes and other goods ready with really cheap breads and pastries. Since it was night time, the pizzeria was closed but the prices were insanely cheap from what I saw. Gotta make a stop here if you've never been!

Came for the pizza. I shop here regularly. And I always see the pizza. Looks good. But dare I try it? Well, today I did. How was it? Pretty good. So this review is about the pizza. Price was a bit much. $9.99 each up to 5 toppings but you can't double them. Wack! Decent size. Crust was proper. Saucy. Fresh too. Just wasn't good enough for me to buy again. For that amount, I can get better. I like double pepperoni. So if I'm paying for 5 toppings, just give me what I want. I ordered two. And even the kiddos weren't too impressed. Glad I tried it. It wasn't a complete fail. Just won't buy again.

prices are good but the dark skinned lady working on cashier 14 is extremely rude and started making a big deal about bags ? tried accusing us of stealing them. So annoying with her attitude

Decent prizes, but you also get what you pay for. The produce can be old & moldy. The organic produce section is okay. The shelfs are usually fully stocked. Glad to see they're starting to carry a lot more vegan/plant based options. Customer service is OK. I did have a rude cashier named Sandra N. She wasn't at her register, instead was stocking the candy, so I asked if she was open. Sandra made a rude condescending comment & continued to stoxk the shelf, taking her time, then decided to walk to her register to check out. Winco is an OK grocery store with cheap prices on certain items.

Customer service employee, Kristin, was terribly rude to me when I questioned and objected to turning over MY DL in order to get the key to use an electronic scooter. She proceeded to tell me she could refuse service. I was very frustrated and angry with this process. This is the only store that does this, which tells me 1) they don't know how to keep track of their carts, and 2) they have very little to no regard for the handicap person who has to walk halfway down the store just to get the scooter in the first place. Let's keep in mind that it's hard enough to walk inside the store from the parking lot, let alone deal with this nonsense. If I could have rated a ZERO or even less than ZERO, I would have! I will not shop here. I work to hard for my money and will not willingly support a company that can hold their scooters hostage and deny service to someone who refuses to put up with this c*!@p.

Right now I can only give three stars due to the static electricity from the shopping carts here at Winco in Pomona. Last week I got zapped so badly that I actually had a mark on my finger for a few hours. However today I did put a call in to the corporate office because last night I was zapped over and over again. This does not make for a pleasurable shopping experience. Other than that I really do enjoy shopping at Winco but I hope this problem gets resolved quickly before someone seriously gets hurt.

Love this place for grocery shopping. They are privately-owned and able to keep their prices lower than other grocery chains. This is also why they don't accept credit cards, but they do take debit. I'm sometimes surprised by some of the new products they have which I only expect to see in a Sprouts or Whole Foods. The pizza is also a great deal and tasty.
