The back of house staff was very loud and could be heard from the front. Lots of beeping and machine sounds can be heard as well. I think this wouldn't have been as noticeable if there was music playing? Or if there was background noise of people talking. In addition, the lobby was very well kept aside from a single cup of coke sitting out alone at a table. Unfortunately, this location was not busy inside as most customers opted for a drive-through. Nothing spectacular with my food, but overall, the experience was what you can expect from a Wendy's.

It took me 30 minutes to get the promo code when it just could have been so short if the manager could just grant the code on screen. That I decided to leave and not eat there.

When ordering my food, I requested fresh food. I was told I would get fresh food. Emily took my order & had an issue with me coming back and asking for the drink I wanted due to their machine being empty. She gives me old food. I tell her the food isn’t fresh as requested. It’s not even hot it’s warm. She says “that’s because it’s been out for a while.” so, when I request fresh food, that means give me something that’s been sitting “out for a while?” I gave her the fries back. I tried handing them to her in her hands, but it was like she didn’t want to take them back, so I held them in mid air, and then she finally took them back.. I wanted to hand them to her. She then takes them and dumps the fries that I give back to her into the fryer and tries to give them to me again. I asked her “are those the same fries I gave you?” She says “yes.” I then askfor a refund because now you’re being very disrespectful and not giving me what I’m paying and asking for. She refuses to give me a refund. Another employee begins to make fresh fries. While that is happening, I asked Emily for a carrier for all four of my drinks. She has an attitude doing that. She takes her sweet time and does other things besides giving me a cupholder which would’ve took her all of two seconds. So I leave the drinks on the counter. I come back I see the cup holder, and I also see my drinks scattered across the counter. I noticed how differently she was treating the other ethnic groups of customers than when it came to me and my sister who are of color. If this employee has an attitude against certain ethnicities, then maybe she should be sweeping and cleaning tables or be fired. Instead of working the register where she encounters customers of different ethnic backgrounds. I absolutely do not like the way that me and my sister were treated by her. Especially since we came in with a positive attitude and we said “hello how are you?” before we ordered our food. I’m not sure if you guys get that many colored customers. however, that shouldn’t matter and differ how we are treated as paying and respectful customers. I would like a refund for my meal. The first act of disrespect, I asked for a refund and Emily refused to give it to me. My sister brings back her food that isn’t correct, nor fresh and requested a refund and it still wasnt given. I found out when I got home that I was given spicy nuggets instead of regular again, as requested.

Went thru the drive thru and ordered only nuggets. Got home two minutes later and they were completely ice cold. Food is NOT FRESH.

Don't go to this location, ordered a spicy nacho chicken sandwich combo and a ghost pepper sandwich by itself comes out to 22$ waited 8 minutes for the food just to get home and the ghost pepper is a regular chicken sandwich. No receipt or anything I call and she just tells me they charged me a regular chicken sandwich but how am I to know without a receipt to prove that's what I was actually charged for, wanted me to drive back 10 minutes to "exchange" the sandwich terrible service

Too expensive for what it is nowadays. Only went because it was on the way and I was craving it, but kinda regret it for the price.Getting in and out of the parking for this place is a right mare unless you're coming from west bound and then getting on the freeway.

Long line at drive through. We walked into the dining area. Despite how busy was the drive through, manager peek over from the back, welcome us to Wendy's and tell us he'll serve us shortly. So appreciate he acknowledged us. Even in the past, we've never had problems.

Fries tasted like fish. Old grease maybe. Outlets and charging ports in lobby all broken or disabled.

I received terrible service today at this location on today's date 11/07/23 @9:41 am to be exact, the "cashier" who attended me was extremely rude and disrespectful, no customer service whatsoever, felt hostile just being there, she was very rude and handed me condiments with such a bad attitude and when I asked for my receipt she became even more hostile towards me and the very end with a very serious attitude asked me sarcastically "anything else?" Without even asking me in the first place if I would like anything to begin with. Cashiers name was Rena. I definitely recommend she re taught what customer service actually is and disciplined for being disrespectful to a customer bringing this location business.
