Very bad service, as they close until 5:00pm, but it is always closed from 4:20pm ?

My experience was a great one I went there on Friday 3/22/24 for my first time cashing my rapid card debt visa it very professional customer service .

I visited this Bank which got a low score. While in line. I noticed it’s not the tellers but stupid customers that hold up the line. Tellers are very professional and knowledgeable. My transaction went quick.
