Three calls, one email still no response. I was told by the receptionist that the person I needed to speak to was on a big project, and too busy. She offered me a call back in 7-10 days..... Well service is definately not a priority...

So disappointed of their poor service. I called to ask about my bill, but the person who attended to my queries seems not knowledgeable on what she's doing and she put me on hold for very long! Time consuming, yet didn't seem to be of any help. Horrible service!

Hard to get a hold of customer support and when you do, they cannot help you most of the time. When you transfer services with other providers, they will delay the porting approval. Overall, this provider is really a disappointment.
