Absolutely, a miserable post office. No one is pleasant. They never answer their phones. They do not communicate with the carriers and they pick and choice when items go out for delivery. I only go to this post office when I absolutely have to… which has been about 10 times since 2011 when I bought my house and never ever have I encountered a pleasant experience.

Adrian was super helpful, patient, and kind! He even helped me bring large boxes to the truck. He answered each question I had too.
It’s honestly rare for me to have a good experience at the post office, but Adrian provided exceptional customer service.

PRO TIP: If you have an emergency, GO FOR THE EMPLOYEE WHO LOOKS LIKE THEY GIVE A ****.
I did a dumb thing and put a tenants rent check letter in the in store deposit box. I rushed back 10 mins later and ask the first employee to please look for it. 15 mins later he told me he triple checked it and they mustve took it for today. It happened at 1:45PM so no way thats true. He told me there’s nothing I can do and I got bad vibes from this guy so I raised a fuss and another employee who saw this wanted to help. He found it in 5 mins. 5 STARS FOR THE MVP FRFR.
BUT SERIOUSLY THOUGH THAT FIRST GUY WAS SUS. I aint saying he was trying to take that cashiers check but he lied to my face ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

The supervisor named Keith, terrible. Can’t put it any other way. Nobody in this particular facility wears a name tag. I went in to make a drop off of a couple packages which I do on a weekly basis and they were flagged because they had a Las Vegas address despite the fact that I had an active account with USPS, prepaid packaging, and I make the same drop off on a weekly basis.

Im very pleased and happy with the service. Went in to send a necklace in my hand and purchased a envelope to send it. The necklace was worth more then the purchase and cashier was helpful and helped me send it and was very happy that my receiver received it. I'm very happy with thier service.

This post office has improved enormously in the past couple of years and now provides first rate service. Before, my vacation holds were always problematic and since the PO would not answer the phone the only way I could get the nail that was supposed to be held and then delivered on my return was to go to the PO. Now the holds go as they are supposed to and there is superb phone customer service. A complete and very much appreciated turn-around.
