Worse branch to go too. They are always giving me problems. I normally cash my checks Pomona Claremont branches with no problem. Wouldn’t waste your time going there.

28 mins is not an an acceptable amount of time too wait for a teller when there are three other people within the building not assisting others. I try to go to every any other branch even sometimes I drive miles out of my way not to have to go to this branch and you should too.

Worse bank ever. I had gotten a bank account with them and they served me for 2 years straight and it was good. Had a saving account with money it about $4000 before the pandemic hit. I ended up losing my job and by the 3 month of getting let go my account get frozen with no access to my account! So I go to a teller and she tells me I need to reapply for a bank account! It's been 2 years and I have not been about to get my money! All they tell me is that I need to apply for a new bank account and every time I do I get a notification saying I get declined for an account! I don't know who to talk too about this! Is there a way of suing them for keeping people money??? This is not a good bank. I also noticed that there locations of there banks are all closed. This is BS US bank! Your nothing but trash and ima find every plat form to give you guys a bad review till I'm some one helps me get my money!!!!!

This location is closed down. No ATM for any transactions inside or outside. Very disappointing!

Worst customer service ever. The lady at the counter is rude and unhelpful. She and another employee are doing actually nothing while another customer and I wait literally 45 min. She's rude when I asked a question on how much longer and just generally not a kind, customer first person. I think it's time to take my money to a credit union. Customer service matters!

I feel so bad for tellers and customers alike no matter what time of day only one teller working. Especially bad during 1st of month. Tellers are sweet and never seem stressed. Parking is inconvenient, at best I'm not sure who's great idea this was but it's bad for older customers who have to struggle to get one of the few handicapped parking or squeeze in to the compact parking spaces then still have to walk to the far end of the complex, dodging the beggers, and weirdos hanging out there. Parking is a mess between bank customers Starbucks people restaurant and residents, yea there are apartments there too. Everyone using the same parking lot.

Horrible customer service from branch manager - Brenda. I advise anyone who values customer service to not bank with US Bank and specifically this branch because of Brenda. I came in to get a tiny $5 fee waived due to "dormancy". Five dollars is not a problem, it's the principal that they were completely unwilling to help a polite customer with a reasonable situation. I explained to the banker, Stephanie, that another employee years ago insisted I open account because it's free with my cash+ credit card. He only mentioned it would be completely free, not that if it was dormant for a certain amount of time that it would be charged. Instead of waiving a tiny fee (I came in days after I was charged the fee), Brenda told Stephanie to tell me that they only waive fees due to bank error. I asked politely for an exception due to the situation, and they said no. Then Brenda conveniently went into her office where i could see her as she had a "meeting" that I see her laughing and joking with whoever else was in there. Did not even give me the time of day to explain further why they couldn't help me out. I worked for Wells Fargo for 4 Years, so I understand rude and entitled customers come in asking for fees reversed all the time, including silly things like overdrafts and clear account fees. Even then, as a courtesy, we could waive a fee, especially if it is the first time and an honest mistake. Wells Fargo is by no means a great bank but at least we provided some form of services Stephanie was nice enough but did not attempt to go out of her way at all to help. Instead, I sat in the branch for 30 minutes while they figured out how to print a cashiers check for 50 dollars because her computer was not working. If district management sees this, i would talk to Brenda and this branch about showing even an ounce of empathy or understanding. And tell Brenda specifically that a manager shouldn't hide in her office so that her employee can deal with a disgruntled customer. Absolutely terrible branch manager, I would be embarrassed to employ Brenda or work for/with her.

Been banking with US Bank for about 4 years now. Staff here is helpful. Sucks that their ATM crashes a lot and has even taken my money without completing the transaction so had to wait a few days for funds to be available. Also sucks that whenever I deposit large checks, they always put a 7-10 business day hold. really? I been banking here for years and never gave you guys any problems and still treat me like I just opened my account lol.
