This is how each hospital as well as every community health center in Pomona California TREAT AND SERVE THE RESIDENTS OF POMONA CALIFORNIA. If you tell me they just genuinely do not care for even being at least one bit humane towards us but only for a green piece of paper flying through their bank accounts!!!

To the LGBTQIA+ community, if you are seeking preventative care for your sexual health, I strongly recommend to avoid this clinic and other community clinics like it. I came here to get Prep prescribed. The nurse practitioner looked at me suspiciously and asked why? I said, because I'm a bisexual who wants to prevent acquiring HIV. She asked me if my partner was positive, I told her I was single and she continued looking at me suspiciously. She said, "we'll see." In a very dismissive manner. The idea of a queer person seeking to take an extra step in their sexual health shouldn't be looked at dismissively and suspiciously, especially by medical professionals. I refer to this as heteronormative prejudice. I finally got it prescribed at Aids Health Foundation, where I was treated with dignity and respect. Go to places like AHF or even an LGBTQ center. Avoid this type of experience. Take your time, your dignity, respect, and your insurance card to better places.

The worst doctors I've ever had. They only onow how to prescribe medicine and not get to the root cause of the problem. They don't seem to even care about the patients, it's sad. You guys should've chosen another profession. The above statement is for the doctors that I've seen. The nurses seem great but are sadly stuck at this location or using it as a stepping stone to better their careers.

Horrible place and experience . Waste of time and energy. I first had to wait 3 months for an appointment and when I finally was seen nothing was done. Never again.

Worst clinic ever we were waiting for a hour to get seen when we had an appointment. Receptionist have the worst attitude ever. I would not come back here honestly. Please look for a different clinic it’s not worth the wait with this client.

I don't recommend it. If more than one person goes. I'll make you wait outside. And they don't care if they are children. If it is raining or it is hot or cold. And they have a fairly large waiting room. But they don't want anyone, oh. Don't visit this place.

I have an appointment for my results today why am I waiting 45 minutes to hear my results!? Also why the hell can't they just tell me my results over the phone, it's not violating HIPA if they ask for your date of birth and name to read you the damn results. Once again I have an appointment!!

Worst place ever if a have 4 kids and I need pediatric appointments… I wait more than a month for the appointments for my kids and the same morning like 10 min before the appointment they call to cancel for 2 of my kids and then they don’t let me get in the appointment of my other girl because I can’t go in with my other kids so I want for more than a month for nothing like never again fr

worst clinic i ever been to. went in for a physical and Dr requested labs because i had some concerns about my health as well. i had set my appointment for 2 weeks to have my results read, just for the day of my appointment to show up and get denied to get seen because my medical said they no longer were my primary doctor (i had to go to an urgent care and asked if it was possible to check who my primary dr was on the system and even got the paper printed out and showed they were still my primary dr). when the day prior they called me so many times to confirm my appointment confirmed, it’s ridiculous how persistent they are to confirm your appointment the calls we’re back to back every 15 mins keep in mind i was at work. i asked if there was any possible way for me to pay for the office visit and they completely shut me out. these people don’t care at all unless your medical card is valid. not only that my mom also goes to this clinic and multiple times they’ve discussed to my mom about my appointments, i am 20 years old i don’t think it’s professional to discuss even the appointments with a client’s family member.

Back in the day more than 10 years (2013) ago when I used to go here they were top shelf, and called Centrelake ...especially for a clinic!! in fact, I kind of miss them now. I can't say what the service is like now but when Kathleen and Dr. Dr were there they were the bomb!!!

The truth is very good service. Call and they didn't take long to make my appointment and you don't have much waiting time! The only thing I don't like is that they pass the prescription to a very cheap pharmacy! And they make you wait a lot, otherwise the clinic is clean and very beautiful Thank you for your service ? I recommend it, the receptionists and nurses are very attentive and kind thanks to Dr. ??

The worst service starting with the receptionists who are very rude, they have no empathy to treat people who simply go for a medical visit and the doctors who give wrong diagnoses said my son had autism without having carried out a previous study. They ended up accepting their big mistake.

Staff does not know or have understanding of HIPPA laws. My daughters 20yrs old, going thru health issues. "She explained that she needs her mother in her appointment because her mother knows all her history and has questions." "The Medical Assistant replied-okay, uh-huh." Thus facility treats minority like without respect. Poor service and poor understanding of our laws.
