I have AAA and I am thankful for when I need help in my area they call S&J towing and have been grateful when they do. They come quickly, they are professional and wish I could request them every time. Thank you S&J towing for always getting me out of a bind quickly.

Sooooo...the battery in my car died after work on Friday night, and S & J Towing Service came to my rescue. My guy was super nice, and he showed up way faster than AAA quoted me. He checked my battery, gave me a jump start, and I was on my way. Thanks for the great service S & J Towing!

My car overheated early this morning & AAA was called for towing services. As soon as service request was sent. Someone from S&J towing confirmed my request & gave me an ETA of 20 minutes. They did not disappoint, the service guy (i didn't get his name) got there in 15-17 minutes. Top notch service. S& J towing to the rescue!!! ;-)

Dumbest towing company ever I told them to drop my totaled car off in my driveway and they refused to do so due to others complaint about driveway damage but the tow truck driver assisting Me said he was able to if the driveway was cleared which it was then all of a sudden he said he couldn't any more well the city I live in does not allow cars to stay on the street pass 5am due to theft and other reasons that the city would want to avoid I called the dispatcher ( a women ) and told her the issue got into a childish argument and they refused to continue my service which is through my triple A......they'll be hearing from my lawyer(:

I called the towing in Pomona, the tow truck shown up in 20 mins. which is very quick and driver was very courtesy and willing to offer help to get my car to start it. Great service and prompt!

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. Every time you call they have an attitude for no reason, other than they all probably hate their miserable lives for being scum of the earth that take peoples money. They rip people off, admittedly. My fees for getting my car should have been $340 but they charged me $396. When I brought up the discrepancy the incompetent woman at the front desk got mad and said "Well we didn't charge you the $100 for after hours fee." So they admitted to stealing $50 from me just because and then have the audacity to have a tone as if they were doing me a favor. Also they had the audacity to pretend they were closed even though they seemed to have a full house and when I called an hour before they answered the phone and specifically said they were open. When I brought this up the raging b**** of a front desk receptionist THREATENED TO KEEP MY CAR. This place is a scam and these people are shameless thieves.

I would give 0 stars if i could. Got in a crash ON THE FREEWAY and ordered a tow. Tow truck got there, loaded the car and i told him i was waiting for a ride, he said i couldn't wait on the freeway or he "would get arrested". He continues to tell me "well you can't just wait here i can't leave you here" but He never offered to give me a ride or drive me off the freeway at least. So i told him i would walk off the freeway and wait for my ride. I get home like an hour later and my cars still not here so i call them. Turns out they didn't end up towing it because i walked off the freeway, so i was "walked away from the tow" LIKE WHAT?! I left to wait for my ride, the car was already on the truck when i walked off but he dropped it again and left it there because i walked off. some bs. had to come back and order another freaking tow when it could've just been at my house already but they said i walked away from the tow which is d*** af because he was informed i was gonna wait for a ride off the freeway?? and still decide to call his company and say "i walked off". Had to order another tow and come back and they send the same person who left my car stranded.

LOUSY company 4/7/22 around 9 AM...Both the tow truck driver and the dispatcher are HORRIBLE very rude people! The driver was frazzled by me not wanting my automatic vehicle towed on a regular tow truck...I requested a flatbed. I'm paying to have this service. He got mean. Then, he called to request a flatbed. I was promised service within 30 minutes and 35 minute later I called and met the RUDE dispatcher! She let me know it could be 20 minutes longer because someone requested a flatbed. I made a request to another company and complained about this.

Had a tow on Wednesday night and the driver seemed in a hurry and just put the car in the driveway and left part of it on the sidewalk. I called today and complained and Jackie made it right. Sent another guy and he fixed the problem. I would recommend them

If there is a rating lower than one, I would not hesitate to use it. My car had a blown tire on the freeway in July, 2021. I called AAA and S & J Towing was dispatched. I have used tow services before, and this is the worst experience. The tow driver went to the wrong freeway, even though I had confirmed location with AAA and the dispatcher at S & J, and as a result left me stranded on the side of a busy freeway for an hour. The tow driver was also very rude.

I gave them 1 star because there wasn't an option to not make a selection. AAA sent them out to check my wife's truck battery. They took a while to get there and in was able to get there check the battery and get the truck running before they arrived. Nonetheless i waited patiently to have them check it only to be told it had low voltage. Battery was new less than 10 months ago from AAA. Driver ignacio handed me my old receipt and asked if I'd like to purchase a new battery or call AAA so they could reach out to them to purchase a battery. I asked how that is and he jumped in his truck and got ready to drive away. I asked him for a business card and said he didnt have one and pointed at his door and said get it from here. Horrible service. Filing a complaint with AAA.

Wreckless company. Drivers drive too fast and tailgating. Especially dangers when you have children in the car. No need for their driver to tailgate. Not the first time I've come into contact with this company. Management needs to perform better training. They deserve zero stars. Would not recommend. Be warned.
