These guys are awful, sold my car to them, got 2 fast track tickets a week later and they hung up on me and won’t answer my messages. Very scammy and disrespectful business. That means they also aren’t transferring the title so be careful

If I could give this place less than one star I would. The guy running the business told me over the phone that it would cost 300 dollars to get my car back. When I arrived, he charged me 530 dollars in his words, “Just because I can”. These people are not honest nor are they trustworthy. Do not do business with these thieves.

These EVIL MFs charged me $540 for leaving my vehicle unattended for FIVE MINUTES in the Wendy's parking lot in the Ontario Mills Mall shopping center. My BF came to pick me up from spending the day with my family, the parking lot is packed because of holiday shoppers. My parents were parked right across the street from the Wendy's.. my boyfriend parked there(because we weren't going to take long and we didn't want to block traffic)he parked there to help me grab things I left i my parents car. We ran across the street grabbed my things, I said my goodbyes and ran back across the street, TO SEE THE TRUCK ALREADY LIFTED OFF THE GROUND ONTO HIS TRUCK. That guy was waiting for someone to park there, I believe he watched us run across the street and immediately went to tow the truck, it was one of those tow trucks that repo men have, because he had the truck lifted extremely fast. We tell the guy what we did and we were just right there and we're gone for ONLY FIVE MINUTES... With absolutely NO LENIENCY, he points at the stupid sign that says "you must stay in vehicle at all times," one of the many things that sign said. I jump into the truck he already has lifted onto his tow truck, and said "IF YOU DONT GET OUT IM GOING TO HAVE TO CHARGE YOU MORE." Again we had only ran across the street for FIVE MINUTES!! And when we arrive to the sketchy ass lot, 4 guys dressed like gangsters with their hoods on, were hovering over the truck, when we were told they were closed and no one would be there. And that they only take ZELLE OR CASH!!

Watch out for this Tow Co they like to patrol the Walmart parking lot at Foothill and Benson in Upland and tow cars which they are not authorized to do unless called there.

this company is a rip off they tow your car with in minutes of parking and then charge you for dollys and a day storage even if dollies were not used and you pick up your car with in the hour .

This place is terrible. They towed my friends car while she ran inside really quick to help her daughter who had a traumatic brain injury in October get dressed for a medical appointment. She has not money since she hasn't been able to go back to work because her daughter weds 24 hour care. This place is horrible and I hope they get what they deserve for their ugliness, taking money from someone who didn't have any money to spare and had to borrow it. Horrendous and just plain evil!!!!

If I could leave zero stars I would disgusting company complete scam artists they ought to be shameful of themselves. I got my car towed in my own apartment complex and I got it out in less than an hour. Cost me $480. Never ever use this pathetic company for anything they will just scam you and take as much money as they can. DO NOT BELIEVE THEIR 5 STAR REVIEWS THEY PAY PEOPLE TO LEAVE THEM. THIS COMPANY IS DOES SHADY WORK AND IS ONLY HERE TO RIP YOU OFF.

please any one who has had what they feel was an unlawful tow, by tow zone out of Anaheim please contact me 714 643 0667 long story short tow zone without written authorization towed my truck and pressure washer trailer . i stopped them before they left the property and requested them to drop the truck by law they have to unconditionally do so. the driver told me to fuck off. and took off, 12 hours later ?charged me $1080 seems this company is giving kick backs to a certain security company who offers their service for free to property management in return for authorization to tow cars from their property. towzone does not abbey laws or vehicle. codes when it comes to towing cars, the fact they refused to drop truck like i asked no fewer than 28 times makes them liable for 4x the tow bill im filing small claims case and get them where it hurts $$$$. i encourage all who have been done wrong by this company to do same. maybe enough attention will get the district attorney ofice to start a ivestigation not only on tow zone but the security company they give kick backs to on the tows

No one is happy to be picking up from a tow lot. But this is highway robbery. It seems like they patrol maybe ? I parked at a friends house for about 30 minutes max. (there is no guest parking and no “no parking signs”) they had the car for less than an hour. And they charged me 480$!!! Get it out. That is 120$ MORE than the max price posted on their signs. They charged a full day or storage, and an additional after hours fee and who knows what else. This place should absolutely be shut down, it’s totally fraud. They couldn’t tell me why they’re charging more than the max on their posted signage the kid that worked there just kept saying “that’s what my boss told me” it’s insane idk what kind of scam business this is but the city of Anaheim should really do their due diligence and look into this place.
