this store has the worst customer service. I've been to this store about 10 time and I always get the worst customer service. go to a different target. this store is horrible!!!

This review is strictly for the pharmacy... I had an appointment this morning to get my flu shot, and my experience was seamless. I arrived, checked in, and was seen by the pharmacist immediately. She was very friendly, knowledgeable, and most importantly, gentle when giving me my flu shot. I should also add that the vaccine area is very clean, and so is the pharmacy in general.

I Walked in to ask a question about an item and I look over and see 3 managers standing around talking. Specifically the pregnant blonde lady who made eye contact with me about 3 times and didn't say "somebody will be right with me" she just waddled over to Starbucks. Because starbucks is more important than customer service. I waited for a good 10 minutes just for them to say they don't carry that product at this store. Every time I come here everybody looks miserable and nobody is ever at the guest service desk. I'll drive the extra distance and go to the Target in Chino. Do better!

The worst service ever! No self check out and entirely disorganized when the lines are long, and a new cashier comes in. The morning manager doesn't even bother to look at you to dismiss your complaint. So if you're in a hurry, going to Walmart just 3min over the bridge will be much quicker.

The workers are just chilling and chit chatting away. Not paying attention to anyone. There's a huge line and only one cashier going that's been taking over 20 minutes to move. Pay attention to your customers, than ignoring them.

Its target what can I say. For sure they have a different demographic that goes there. With that I'm saying it's more pleasant. And for some reason true Walmart shoppers don't shop there because they feel like they are cheating on the Walmart. Ha ha ha ha. But I will say that target selection isn't as big as Walmarts. And their prices are a little bit higher even if it's a couple cents. The customer service is always good. And you can find them in the section that they work in unlike Walmart you can't find anybody in any section. Ha ha ha. I like that they have a Starbucks in target also. Got to get my caramel Frappuccino.

I stopped by this location today and was reminded why I hate coming to this particular store. I was looking for a specific toy. Of course, no employee was working by the toy or electronics. I walked around and saw an employee fulfilling online orders by market. He radios the team to assist me and no answer from anyone. He then proceeds to help me since no one from that department was answering. Although the item was not on the self, I appreciate his going above and beyond to walk over to help me look for the item. When I was ready to check out, I wanted to talk to a manager on the floor. I asked someone stalking up the bullseye area. Again, no manager answered on the walkie-talkie even though they called 3 different managers by name. Also, don't bother calling the store. They don't like to pick the phones. Literally one of the worst customer service in this store starting up from management.

Pandemic is over. Life is back to normal. When did Target turn into Food4Less? Why in the world there are few cashiers don't do the packing because we don't purchase the bags? They'd rather stand at their posts like a statue and waiting for me to finish packing before taking the next customer? What's up with the management? I try to cooperate with the government's so-called saving the environmental motto to bring my own bags, but I have to tolerate my arthritis pain in my hands which make the packing slower.

We were waiting at the drive up for 20 minutes and there was only one person working. She was at least nice and said sorry. People who came after us got theirs before us. They even gave our order to the wrong people. In conclusion, this Target is not very good.

This target doesn't have many items in stock compared to other targets. Maybe because it's the area? I don't know. But to have 14 cash registers and only 3 open doesn't make sense. Also no self check out here either, you must wait like everyone else in the LONG line. For the amount of people coming to buy here seems like an easy decision to me and remodel this location asap.

Found a beautiful soft green cardigan sweater at the clearance section. It didn't have a clearance sticker price . I asked a dressing room attendant for price check . What a score $9 .

Long lines no self check out. They only leave out self check outs in majority black and brown communities across LA county. Pomona/Chino have 200 k people. Work on efficiency.
