Some rude guy with a mustache was talking to my boyfriend about adding me as an authorized user on his line and said to him "and you can take her off whenever in case, you know," no, kid, I don't know. Explain it to me. I have about five words in my native language to describe him.

Everton was very knowledgeable, great attitude even though it was towards the end of the day and they were busy, and overall he made sure I knew what I'll be paying for and that I wouldn't be paying for nothing that didn't make sense

AVOID AT ALL COST. They do FRAUD.Add lines without consent. ALSO OPEN ACCOUNTS WITHOUT CUSTOMER KNOWING UNTIL THEY GET NOTICE FROM COLLECTIONS. THEY HAVE PENDING LAW SUITS AGAINST THEM ALSO… THEY ARE NOT A CORPORATE T-MOBILE STORE. RUN AWAY….GO TO OTHER T-MOBILE IN POMONA, the CORPORATE ONE ON INDIAN HILL.

Don’t go to this store.It is completely hit or miss if you will get a decent employee who is willing to help. Went the other day and the associate seemed more bothered to give me information with my questions. When I asked them to explain farther they just kept throwing numbers at me and I quickly realized they had no interest in helping or explaining so I had no interest in continuing to waste my time there. T-Mobile on Indian Hill was a completely different experience. Strongly recommend that store over this one.

They need to do a better job, they couldn't fix two simple issues I had, they told me to go to best buy, they aren't Technicians. I went to another store, off foothills, they fixed both issues, I will leave that one under Achiever, u have to learn to ? think smart when u ser. The public. Go SOMEWHERE else.

Update: Store manager, Nick, is the WORST. After there is an issue with a team member, it is the manager's responsibility to correct it. Nick has been unable to do that, he has failed with great success. Customer service is not a priority with this company and it's a shame.

I was going to switch my phone service over to T-Mobile, but to be honest I don't like there customer service and plus they want to charge you and extra 5 bucks just to come in and pay your internet, so I will be changing internet service at the end of this month!

This review was due to one particular associate who worked there. At the time of my visit, T-Mobile's customer service phone service seemed to be down. I drove to this location to better understand what was going on with my bill. Instead of taking the time to listen to my concerns fully the associate at the time kept dismissing my question. He kept assuming he knew what I was seeking to understand when in fact he kept giving me responses that were not relevant to me. He just acted annoyed that he had to help me and kept looking at his phone. What made it worse was that there were no other customers in the store at that time. I'd understand if there were several customers in line waiting for assistance. I walked away not being helped and I had to go to another location in Chino to get my questions answered.

Nick, Chris, and Cesar are just a few of the employees I remember from this location who helped get me connected with wifi boxes and the service was absolutely impeccable. This T-mobile in Pomona is my favorite one to go to because the environment is always very positive and I now plan to be a loyal customer for a very long time, PERIOD. Thank you guys, 5 stars, without a doubt :)

Told us our payments were only gonna go up 100 with the new phone but somehow the payments keep getting higher and higher they charged us for WiFi we never purchased and told us we couldn’t get our money back the lady that was working there looked high and the manager did not help at all and this month they charged us over 400 so we will have to call again and argue with the people that don’t want to help anyone

Best t mobile EVER!!! nick the manager always helpful and makes sure you are completely satisfied. Being such a good manager also shows in the employees as i have yet to deal with an associate that was rude or not knowledgeable. Every employee there does everything they can to make sure you leave happy....which i can NOT SAY about so many other tmobile locations in the area....0

I was charged and I am currently being charged for an ipad 9th gen tablet and a screen protector which I did not purchase or authorize. Unfortunately this store has some sleezy employee who decided to steal and charge my account with. I would be very vigilant with this store because I would not be surprised if this individual has done it before to other unsuspecting older minorities who dont know how to thoroughly check their accounts. Now I am stuck having to call T-Mobile directly every month to repeat myself about this situation just to get a “relief credit” onto my account.When the store fails you and the company fails you. Just file a police report. Hopefully the police can help settle this dilemma cheers store owner. ?
