I have been here many times and have not had a problem, great place but unfortunately this time there was a lady with orange or red hair taking care of the place as soon as we walk in at 8:30pm she starts being very rude and rushing us she then tells us very rude that she closes at 9pm.When on the door entrance it clearly says till 10pm from Monday to Friday. the whole time being there she made us feel very uncomfortable and rushed…..

This place used to be my go-to but with the change of ownership, things have unfortunately gone downhill. The friendly staff do not make up for:
-dry costs are too expensive now. 25c only gets you 5 minutes, when it used to be 8 minutes
-the gambling machines attract the wrong crowd, people aggressively banging on the gambling machine and soliciting money from you when you're just trying to sit in your car in peace. I no longer feel safe going to wash on my own. Owner will not remove because they generate too much money. Homeless loiter and that carries additional problems, like littering and reeking of urine, cigarette, and weed
-roach infestation. I saw some INSIDE the washer. They've gotten exterminators but still infested.

Really good place to have your clothes washed. It’s super easy drop off and pick up. The lady is nice and it’s convenient. Highly recommend.

Went to just dry my 2 loads this morning because our dryer gave out. The bitch ass owner kicked us out cause we only needed to dry our clothing. Crying over 1.00 he was going to make. People like him are selfish and greedy.

Great laundry and prices and it's always very clean . Unfortunately I rate it one star because the lady who cleans is very rude and unprofessional every time she sees someone come in with large amounts of clothes she gives you a very dirty look . She's always telling everyone we are not allowed to drink or eat anything mind you there's machines with drinks and snack IN the laundry . She never lets anyone use the bathroom , I don't know why people like her work In a workplace where they have to be respectful to all people . If she don't like her job she should just quit . Unlike the owners very very kind and helpful .

They have the prices high for the washer. The dryer don’t work and when u put 0.25 u get 7 min and then u put another 0.25 right away and u would think it would give u 14 min nope it gives u 12 min and the dryer don’t work u have to spend a lot of money on drying ur clothes. And no I don’t fill the dryer up they need to fix that.

Overpriced they said the they keep up with prices according to the area but I been going to a different laundry bc this one is overpriced and the dryer don't work and they steal 2 min away when u put extra quarter on the dryer not to mention they don't have heat they are ripping the community

The new owner here is absolutely amazing, hands on efficient, and care about the community. I believe her name is Brenda, though I have only spoken with her once; I have seen how passionate she is about taking care of the customers here and providing top shelf service.I have been coming to Super Wash N Dry for over a decade. In the past, the machines were poorly operating, the facility filthy & dim, and the owners were heartless & demeaning. If you have not been here in recent months, I guarantee you it is nothing like the frigid old days. The pricing is fair and there’s more to do while waiting with the additional arcade games and TV showsSuper Wash N Dry now has security, providing safety and a sense of comfort while folding your garments . This place is consistently clean with any technical issue immediately troubleshooted. Brenda is working hard to fix issues she’s unfortunately inherited from years of neglect but is more than capable of doing so. Super Wash N Dry has a more friendly-family appeal to it.There’s a community vibe brewing here and it would not have been capable without the new ownership leadership.

Very nice clean place. the owners are really nice and generous & 100% honest they bought the place 7-Month's ago back in February of this year and have owned it ever since they offer to do your own wash for you and also offer fluff and fold service through doordash if you want or need any help and have a Problem's with a machine they will help you out no questions asked I really recommend or would recommend this place it has really nice good service no questions asked trust me...

The laundry has a very good service, three in one machine for washing tennis shoes, water with filters to take away and it is very clean.

I appreciate the girl helping and cleaning what I don't appreciate how they steal from low Income communities. The dryers take $.25 for 7 mins but if you add an additional quarter it only gives you five additional minutes which means they are robbing you two minutes. The only response I got was because our electricity bill is high, so how does that justify stealing from people and if you're not watching nobody notifies you. So, if you're not paying attention, you're technically pay more and getting less. Ésta lavandería está robando porque si pones 25 centavos te das siete minutos en la secadora pero si pones dos coras de de 12 minutos eso significa que se están robando 2 minutos de cada secada si metes las coras juntas. están pagando más para que les den menos.

This is the best place to do my laundry since under new management. It's close to me but I rarely ever came when it was under previous management. I now feel safe to do my laundry at all times of the day and the staff is always there to help and friendly. They just offered a new service called Fluff n Fold that I plan to use very soon. Basically it's a delivery service to pick up your laundry, wash it, dry it then deliver it back at your house. Going to save me time while I'm working or with my kids and family.
