I've gone here a lot of times. 9/10 drinks that come out of here are either flat out wrong or taste nothing how they're supposed to. Im pretty sure the management tells them to cut costs by just not adding toppings or syrup. Come here if you want disappointment.

I am at Cal Poly Pomona with my daughter for her transfer student orientation today. As a guest, I was given a complimentary small tea at Starbucks that happens to be on campus. I chose passion tea which is not a sweet tea whatsoever. Kind of bitter if you ask me, but I drank all of it... I considered it as unsweetened flavored water LOL. Staff was okay.... just took my order and asked for my name. Service was fairly quick considering there were lots of orders from our guest orientation group.They have good inside space for students and guests to hang out and enjoy some coffee or tea. They also have outside patio space as well. Not sure why this Starbucks is reported as closed on Yelp. They are indeed open for business at this time. It's located right next to the Cal Poly Pomona University Library.

I came here a few times. Honestly it is what it is. This seems to be an official Starbucks store as they take stars and rewards and have a barista and store manager system. Have not seen any shift leads. The 5 times I’ve been here they got my drink wrong 100% of the time. Nothing complicated they always forget to put sweetener on iced coffee, although you asked for sweetener. Please try your drink before you leave. Also they tried to overcharge me. Store manager was not sure how to refund I let it go and said is fine 7$ dollars for one drink haha.

The employee, Sami is rude. Gave me dirty looks that made me sad and uncomfortable. She didn't call my name when my drink was ready.

For a campus Starbucks, this place does a pretty good job in keeping the business flowing. I know wait time can be a big problem in a lot of Starbucks, so considering the circumstances, I think they do a-okay. One big problem I have, however, is the consistency with the bagels, believe it or not. I always come here before class to have a pair of bagels and a lot of the times, the cut is either off centered or botched altogether. Now, this might seem minor, but when you're biting into a self-constructed bagel with cream cheese and you get a bite of both hard and soft bagel, it really shakes up the spine. A trauma only equivalent to getting hit with an overpriced book fee at the bookstore... ouch. But overall, good establishment. Just need to work on the bagel cutting.

I’ve been to this location several times and usually the service is slow. There are definitely large crowds during rush hour(s) but even during non-peak hours the service still lacks in swiftness. If it were only the lack of swiftness I would give it a 3 star because the customer service could also improve, especially for a corporate giant like Starbucks who brands themselves as an “experience.” But I really have to give them 2 stars because 9/10 when I come to this location it’s messy and there are no napkins. The whole aspect of this great experience gets hindered behind all of these issues ! Please do better because the customers come back for the experience and I’ve personally seen many people walk in but then walk right out because of some of these problems. I will give them this : the drinks taste as they should and the location is convenient for students / people on the CPP campus.

Super slow. I ordered online (mobile order) and waiting 45 minutes for a tall hot mocha. Barely made it to my class on time.
