My drink was awesome. I changed my mind and made my drink larger, and it was still really good even if it was poured into another cup. The only reason it's not a 5 star place is the extremely dirty look and eyeroll that I received when I asked if I could change my order.

I see a lot of mixed reviews, but I had a good experience here. My iced tea was fine. I stayed for a few hours (working) and easily got my free refills (Starbucks card/app perk). The servers were all pleasant and considering how busy it was, it wasn't an outrageously long wait to get my order. A lot of people come to either study or talk. There's music playing in the background, but I actually didn't mind it and preferred it to the silence of some other Starbucks locations. I was here from 10 am to about noon and there was a steady presence of people and activity. Something to keep in mind if you're looking for a quiet place to study at that time. I'll have to go back at a different time and try some other things to see if it's a different experience. But I anticipate it'll still be overall positive.

Rude employees! Very unprofessional! Went in with my daughter ordered her a vanilla bean and butter croissant and they took 20 minutes to start our order! Nobody was in line and they said, "Are you waiting for something?" as if there was anyone else in there ordering! The other employee said, "She hasn't made your drink yet!" then another female employee rudely said, "She's making it!" worst customer service by far! Friday morning shift employees all women very rude! Very unpleasant visit!

I always use the drive thru and the staff knows my order. So 5 stars for service. Food makes me choke however and is all microwaved. They should offer fresh food.

Which ever girl was working the window at 7:30am on 10/4 was, seriously, the sweetest. I've been having a rough week, and she literally had the best attitude and glow about her. Had a genuine smile on her face that was contagious. It was really above and beyond most Starbucks drive thru experiences in the most simple way. Simple, kind, genuine interactions like this can turn someone's day around. It did, mine. thank you!

The service here is really good, the drive-thru employees are nice and don't rush you when you need a moment to order. The ambiance is good as well, there are plenty of outlets for anyone looking to do homework/study here. Overall good customer service, environment, and consistent quality with their drinks.

This one star review is mainly for Starbucks corporate. Spilling hot coffee all over your car seat is certainly not a good way to start off the day. As I was lowering the cup into the cup holder, the lid detached from the cup. Splash, the car seat has just been redecorated. I think this can be avoided if the quality of the cup is more robust. It feels like the cup is getting more flimsy over time (maybe due to cost savings) and the lid doesn't fit well (comes off way too easily). Also, I think the barista needs to QC to make sure the lid is put on tight, but I don't think that would do much as the fit of the lid isn't good.This is a severe safety hazard and Starbucks needs to address it immediately.Also, thank you to one of the Starbucks employees for bringing a rag for me to clean up this mess! I wasn't in the best mood and I should have thanked you for lending a hand. My belated THANK YOU to you!

Starbucks employees literally never great you upon entering .They literally will stand in a circle talking and don't even acknowledge you exist .Every other Starbucks I go to will welcome you . Some of them even have a few peopleGreet you at once and are way more friendly . Last time my black coffee was not even close to being filled all the way . Only reason I go here is cause I work nearby . Also , their food can give you a stomach ache . If you can go to another Starbucks I would
