If you can go to another Starbucks you most definitely should. My drink was missing about 2-3 inches of milk (ordered an iced mocha), which has never happened before. They barely put any ice despite not requesting light ice, so everything tasted weird. To top it off the service was horrible, the only thing the girl said was “$8.90” lol. Try somewhere else, there are better locations.

Customer service was good,The egg bites were good. Nice and hot.The gingerbread chai latte did not have a strong flavor. I tasted more oat milk then chai or gingerbread at this location only.

No employee knows the policies. Giving customers attitude when they are wrong. I even taught them their own policies a month ago and asked their manager to learn them but no employee knows still. Gave them three chances and they're the ones annoyed by me that I know starbucks rules better. I even said thank you after dealing with their ignorance and just feigned ignorance and asked for what is right but they turned around without a word and closed the window.Edit: in the end, I still didn't get what I asked for.

Man , stopped by for a quick mint tea and a snack and I met ray , sad he's in the people business , no greeting , hi hello how are you , just slid the window open looked and my and we'll I ordered ... so after that I he asked "what size " I said venti told me my total scanned my app and just closed the window ..... not sure what I did to have that attitude directed towards me but definitely threw me off . Ray you should be kinder to people , first Starbucks I've gone too where I've met someone like this .
