i switched to AT&T spectrum is a mafia run style company, i cancelled 2 months ago.im still getting billed and they sent a technician to collect. to my door. pay or esle we will keep billing you ! im glad is switched. at&t very reputable nation wide company.. not a local or state Mafia run style company.

Spectrum refuses to apply my ACP benefits. They continue to give me the run-around and it's been over a month. They are fraudulent!

I was treated respectfully, professionally and the employees were quite effective in resolving my issue. It's refreshing when a company you do business with doesn't waiver in treating you with respect and even kindness and I thank Spectrum for that. Although it would be helpful to have a plan for seniors who have no choice but to live on a fixed income and TV is my connection to the outside world.

1st they give you ads claiming the price for service is low under $90 a month for bundled television and wifi internet. They give you an option to self install the items sent(modem for internet, cables for internet, and a box for television), it took 4 days to deliver after stating it would be next day, followed the instructions for self install, which was absolutely simple, but still had to have a technician come out with his gadgets to physically have the cable set up from the main control room for cable tv. I also tried to switch my cellphone over to their company and was denied, the operator called me back numerous times and then hung up on me after trying to get me to switch over to spectrum mobile. Very very unsatisfying company!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING SPECTRUM EVER.

Tried returning equipment, went online first. Website said you could return it to a local #Spectrum ,went into the store the Representative said i could not return it to their store,i would have to call the 800 number to cancel the equipment. Ended up returning to a store in another city
