I found Sparko Sweets when I was trying to find a more eco-friendly option for birthday party treat bags. The paper sticks and sustainable cellophane-ish wrap were a big sell for me. That being said, I'm really happy that search led me to them because they're a great option even if you're not looking for all that. I love these custom, fresh-to-order candies. They actually were able to do cherry with our choice of stars and YES THEY TASTE GOOD. Huge hit with the kiddos. They're pretty big, dense lollipops and they were ready (for pickup) within a couple days of ordering. Way ahead of schedule. I highly recommend going with Sparko sweets. I recommend Sparko Sweets because they always come through. I have used them 3 times. At all my events people are so surprised by these treats and think they are awesome and always ask where I get them from. It’s a very unique touch to any party. I have used them for baby showers and will be using for kids birthdays as well. The customer service is phenomenal. They just deliver. Order yours today, you will not be disappointed. I ordered the daisy lollipops for an event ! The owner was super communicative and helpful to ensure I got them on time! Customer service still exists and they are wonderful! Once i have my events I will post pics! Thanks again for all your help!

Had a really bad experience with my order. It never arrived and then they never replaced my order nor were decent enough to refund me my money. You’d think they’d at least do one or the other but they don’t even care about their customers. I’ll probably post again next year about how it’s been a year and never received my order. Nor my refund.

I Received tracking right after purchase. However it's now been a weeks no update on tracking . I called multiple times and no answer and DM messages still no reply back .

These lollipops are beyond beautiful.I drove all the way to the location because I thought this was a store, but this is the distribution center, so it's more of a business online. The guy that was there, Jerry, was so nice and helpful. He gave me about a dozen lollipops and didn't charge me for them either, they truly are beautiful. Definitely going to order online and I definitely recommend doing it yourself. These are perfect, for any occasion. I really couldn't be happier with this cute lollis

Owner then responds he will send extra in our order. We say fine. After over 30 days since he was paid, we finally received our order. Guess what, no extras. I would not recommend ordering from this company, there is no customer service, owner ignores emails and phone calls and does not follow through with what he had offered.

paid almost$20.00 for faster shipping; still haven't received my order. Terrible customer service. I have sent multiple emails with no reply from them. Don't waste your money.

This is my second time ordering from Sparko Sweets and I haven't had a good experience to say the least. Originally I was ordering 1lb of watermelon sour belts and I understood that my first order took a while to ship. I was willing to wait. It took a full month before the order was shipped and delivered. Upon receiving my order, I excitedly opened my package to find a different sour belt entirely. I've tried messaging their customer service and even two weeks into the processing period I emailed the customer service contact as well, but I haven't heard back from either. I just want the product that I ordered. I'm even willing to send back the ones I received as I haven't opened them but without a response it looks like I'm stuck with a product I dislike greatly.

AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE and product!!!!! My shipment was late and they took the time to create another batch for me to pick up. SUPER fast and reliable customer service. Everyone in my office was raving about the lollipops!!! I will definitely be ordering again!!! Thank you guys so much. You made our event SO special.
