When I walked into the room the first thing that happened was I stepped in pee. The pee was fresh; still warm when I had stepped in it, and it covered all of the floor between the entryway and the restroom. The whole place smelled like pee for a while until my friend sprayed cologne all over the place. I had to get on my hands to clean the floor and they still smell like pee. PLEASE CLEAN YOUR PEE BEFORE THE NEXT PERSON. AND WHY ARE YOU PEEING ON THE FLOOR IN THE FIRST PLACE THE RESTROOM IS LIKE FIVE STEPS AWAY??

Stayed at this hotel for one night and everything was great. No loud noises the suite was immaculate and the service was great !! Not to mention the heated pool. Melissa in the front desk is super nice and helpful. Would really recommend. The rooms are clean and spacious!

By far the best hotel in the area. The staff, the food, and a 7th Floor room where all what I would call Exceptional. This is where we'll be staying when we visit anywhere within 40 miles of this hotel. Kathy, Andrew, Kelly and the Front Desk Team treated us like we were special guests. Visit Bonelli Park when staying here for a peaceful beautiful place to walk.

Stay here 6+ times i think when visiting Pomona College near by. Staff is great. Food is good. Rooms are out dated but clean and comfortable. They did downgrade the breakfast this year for Marriott members. Its pretty basic setup of coffee juice, some fruit, pre-made English muffins with eggs. Last spring they had a buffet for Marriott members. No made to order or buffet. I'm titanium elite.

I went to a model kit convention (SCGMC) and so I didn't stay in a room nor was the service good or bad, since I didn't require any. But the staff are pleasant, and courteous, even while our crowd is a mostly niche and nerdy sort haha.I can't recommend staying here but the location is ideal if you're in So Cal, it's very close to a good deal of bigger cities in Pomona.I will definitely not hesitate as to this venue if another convention or the like was held here!Nearby activities: Fairplex in Pomona is very close by

Stayed here for business. Layout on the second floor was interesting as it had a catwalk type walkway to the fitness center and my room. Staff was very friendly. Biggest issue for me was the incredibly high cost of food at the restaurant.

There must be a massive mold issue in the ventilation system. My guest and I both had such an incredibly hard time being in the room because our throats, noses and lymphatic system were in absolute overdrive... We didn't have the AC on at all because the air blowing definitely made it worse but physically being in the room made us both physically sick. This is a full out health hazard...Lots of other areas where the room clearly hadn't been kept up though - hair dryer must be a $30 dryer that is 10+ years old, the outlet actually had black all over it where it had clearly been shorted before.... Dust all over the outlet behind the couch...They didn't even have a single extra roll of toilet paper in the room?Honestly the worst hotel experience I've ever had in my life, I wish I could give zero stars.....And then to be required to pay $17/night for parking on top of all of that? ?♀️ (it isn't like there is remotely a shortage of parking...... LA/Santa Monica I get, but out here in the middle of nowhere with tons of empty spots? Makes no sense) Could not recommend any less......EDIT - I've had an exchange with the Sheraton, they claim to be addressing the mold issue, I'll just copy my email to them here for proof for anyone else who gets any health reactions due to mold if they don't act on this...."We both had a hard time breathing starting the first night of the stay, and quickly developed lumps on each our throats. Both our noses and throats started acting up within the first 24 hours. We slept OK the first night but then hardly slept at all the other 2 nights because of how we felt.We knew what it was right away so we kept the AC off the whole time because we knew that would make it worse. We always felt so much better anytime we were not physically in the Sheraton, but would immediately feel worse when we got back...For me afterwards it has mostly been isolated to my throat, still very scratchy/extremely irritated with some coughing but otherwise on the mend, but she is feeling more flu like symptoms.... body ache, nose is running constantly, may have had a fever, feeling super run down....Since we both started reacting instantly the first night, we know it wasn't something she picked up on the plane and then gave to me (I drove, we came from separate states for this event) and now that we are out, we are both feeling better even though she is still really run down.....Her flight out of San Diego last night got cancelled so we actually got another hotel room in San Diego literally just to recover from how much we have been suffering because of this. We got multiple holistic remedies from whole foods, detox green drinks, sunshine, and cancelled work calls so we could recover. She was in bed for 12 hours because she felt so awful. She was in bed for 12 hours because she felt so awful. For context, this is a single mom in her 40s who has run multi million dollar companies.... We don't sleep 12 hours....... We push ourselves really hard regularly but how much we pushed this past week was really low on the scale of how much we normally push ourselves, so there was no reason for us to be feeling like that except for there being mold in your hotel.I've never experienced anything like this in my life, I'm not trying to create some crazy lawsuit or anything like that, I'm just genuinely horrified at the state of your hotel and how much of a clear health risk it poses.A refund for my stay would be nice and honestly the least you can do on my end considering we had to spend half of what we paid Sheraton just to RECOVER from staying at your hotel, but what you really need to do is get a real expert in to look at your AC vents because I'm positive there is some serious mold for us to have that extreme of a reaction so fast.If you don't and someone who has a compromised immune system stays in that room or any others that are as bad (I have a feeling it is not isolated just to that room...) then you're going to have a serious lawsuit on your hands."

Room was small but nice, and the front desk was helpful...issues we had were the glasses in the room were DIRTY, some of the towels had red stuff on them and the restaurant was closed, apparently when it's slow they close the restaurant. They said we could still order food and eat at the bar, but that's not what we wanted.I had to take the dirty glasses and towels to the front desk, where they gladly sent up clean ones while we were out finding a place to eat. So I couldn't complain about the service but I won't stay there again because if no one caught the greasy glasses and red marks on the towels, I don't trust what else you can't see. They never mentioned that the restaurant would be closed either, too expensive for so many quirks.

This isnt a 4 star hotel. Its 3 at best. The rooms were average. Doors didnt work properly, fridge had a hard time shutting. A bunch of small stuff but I wouldn't expect that at a 4 star hotel. I also really disliked that we had to call the restaurant 3x to get someone to answer finally. Then went down there and waited for someone to help us. Overall, not disappointed with the hotel, just disappointed with the price point of a 4 star hotel and having a 2-3 star perception.

Worst hotel i’ve stayed at in my life. I woke up to bed bugs, crawling all over my bed and pillows. Room wasn’t prepared housekeeping wise because there was no sheets on the couch bed. I called the front desk and the guy saw one of the bed bugs but ignored it. They asked to see the picture again, and thought i was lying. When the guy looked back at the pillows there it was. Miraculously he found the bed bug with just picking it up again. So disappointing never staying there again.

My room wasn't clean. The windows and all surfaces were sick, so I wiped them myself. My 3 and 7 year old grandchildren visited and stayed, so I cleaned. But I forgot my toothpaste and housekeeping was great and brought me more than I asked for. I've stayed here multiple times and this time I wasn't satisfied.Nearby activities: The hotel is the most convenient place to stay for the LA County Fair, especially with all children.

Overall, the room was clean, and housekeeping did a great job of tidying up every day. The room was quiet (except for the one group that stomped through bellowing at each other twice a day), and the beds were comfortable. Only one problem, the sliding doors were hard to open and close, and could use some maintenance. Every person we interacted with was friendly and hard working; we received excellent service. We were there to go to the L.A. County Fair, so the location was perfect. The gate was just a short walk from the side entrance of the hotel, and we never had to wait in line to get in. We were able to stay as late as we wanted without having to worry about driving home.Safety: We never felt unsafe during our stay. Even the parking lot is patrolled 24 hours a day, so we didn't worry about our vehicle.
