Every time I come to this gas station no matter the time the inside is always locked like the employees are hiding in the back sometimes I'll go the door is locked and the employees are sitting in there car smoking so annoying

It's good to see that sometimes young people can be nice and courteous and be very helpful I command the gentleman that works at this location for being so helpful very polite and always willing to help I always enjoy coming to this location and pumping gas here.

How is it that a gas station can close for over 25 minutes to 30 minutes.. just to give somebody their break well people are outside confused people leaving money is walking right out the door you continue not to have any kind of sign but just a enclosed establishment with no whereabouts of where the cashier is at so upset shell really this is where customer service I was gone with your establishment I have seen this in other establishments like Arco mobile and others it's like they're doing you the favor but really now shell where exactly is this world gone in this customer service even an option

Saturday afternoon I had drove about two hours to get to Todd memorial service and there was no bathroom I was completely devastated I went to so many different places trying to use the bathroom and I don’t know if it was because I was black or they just don’t let people use the bathroom the only place that would let me use the bathroom was the manager at shell and I was so ??????appreciative I almost cried and I was so thankful Because I was completely dressed up because of the funeral and I had nowhere to go he was so nice I just really want to give a shout out to him I didn’t get his name but I know he was the manager about to 230 on Saturday and I just want you to know that really meant a lot to me and thank you so much because sometimes it’s really hard for a person to go to the bathroom when you’re of a minority race so thank You so much ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Car wash machine was not working and the lady at counter wouldn't give me a refund but she did give me plenty of attitude.. they should at least put signs cones anything warning that car wash is out of order .. but nope she's too busy on her phone

I never waste my time going to this gas station there car Wash never works is always broken I'm not satisfied
