So to start off with this awful gas station they never once, in a year and a half, have ever filled the receipt machine, you always have to go inside, the next major problem was the gas station attendant Tamika was well aware that the pumps were not working and did not inform me, let alone the 30 minutes I spent going from pump to pump to move my vehicle to cancel the card to not even get a receipt after I prepaid $75 of gas a couple times there was people pulling up and I guess had the same issue and I asked her to come outside and see, she would not she was not helpful and did not put out of order signs on the pumps, even after I informed them that the pumps weren't working. And one of the machines literally had the whole cover ripped off of it. And I want to clarify that this is the gas station on Holt and white in Pomona I tried researching the address and the picture wasn't clear!

Car wash took my money and employee did not help at all. He actually said we were lying even though we said to look at the cameras. Didn't get a car wash or money back.

There is a certain individual I won't say their name but works early afternoon, that does not like to use Loyalty Rewards combined with car wash and we always screwed up so you either have car wash or Loyalty Rewards not both

The attendant told me that because a customer spilled he was not allowing anyone to purchase anything or step foot inside. When I asked a projected eta he said his entire shift. That was at 2 am it's 430 am and he hasn't allowed me to make my purchases he said may I suggest shopping at another store I said he was missing the point of retail which is to make money and help patrons .. the shell is the only place in town until 6 am that carries my needed items . I've called the store as well and he drops the call immediately. He's a young , man and seemed very disgusted to have to design down and speak to someone who was going to make a hundred dollar purchase and needed supplies for his children. Wow sure glad his job allows him to choose his hours of operation my jobs have usually been concerned with affording their head costs.

Everytime I've come to this gas station there's always a note in the window saying theyll be back on break. I wouldn't mind if it was only ten min they were gone but I've waited and there gone a lot longer

Such a disappointing experience feel like you're getting totally ripped off by the evening employees at this Shell gas station paid for my gas in cash only to be charged the credit card price that is clearly advertised at a higher rate and when I brought it to the attendant Reynaldo attention he said they were the same price then why are they marked differently in the front don't stop here Gas is high enough to be getting ripped off by the clerks at the desk

Dont use the carwash at night, They stole my money. I purchased a car wash and the receipt printed inside. No teller was available so i came 2 days later and they said too bad. If this is how they treat customers, dont even go here.

BEWARE OF CARD FRAUD HERE. I fueled up here this morning. I received a fraud alert email and my info was used for an $85 purchase at a shell in Fontana and a $75 purchase at another shell in Fontana also all in the same day. My bank is investigating but since Iv never had this issue the preponderance of the evidence shows that my card was compromised here.
