quaint with all the quick stop amenities for those traveling the 71 or locals out for a drive. busy, as it's larger than a strip mall, and it's one of the larger exits.

I give the Rio Rancho Town Center a 5 which is VERY deserving. Everything I needed was there. The service was impeccable and I took my time shopping and there were places to sit down and enjoy a cold beverage. It was a relaxed day, no rushing around. I definitely recommend you visit here!!

The drive thru was busy, likely because of the BOGO promo on fall flavor items. They ran out of drink carriers; I almost fell trying to carry 2 drinks upstairs. The Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew is good, but the spices fall flat. Some nutmeg would help. The foam/cream itself was more a textural thing than a flavor addition. I'll try it one more time. Tip: Order and pay in the app.

It's just another Ross, but what made this one worse is the cashier who charged us, stole my credit card info some how, and bought herself some goodies after i left. After seeing online I was charged over $50 for a purchase that was done when I left the place, had to call credit card company to dispute the charges. Watch those charges, people
